I have waited a while since purchasing this bag to write a review because I wanted to give a review based off of experience using it rather than first impressions.WHY THIS BAG?The first bag I got 2 years ago when my daughter was born needed to be retired. It was a very cheap and simple cross body style bag that got the job done, but nothing else. Over the 2 years of using it, I came up with a list of "must haves" for the next time I bought a bag so that it could better fit my needs.My list included:-Must be convertible between backpack and shoulder/cross body bag because in different situations both are nice to have. Also needs some sort of a handle on top to pick it up in "grab and go" situations-Needs to have a top flap, but also some sort of top closure, such as a zipper. Flap is nice for covering the bag when you are in a hurry and can't spare a moment to zip it up. The need for top closure should be obvious, as it keeps your stuff securely in the bag, and yet it is surprising how many bags don't offer both.-Lots of pockets, including side pockets big enough to hold my water bottle-Doesn't cost more than a kitchen appliance-Possibly most important, some sort of divider inside the bag to keep it from being a "black hole"..... easy to organize and find whatever I need without taking EVERYTHING out of the bagI spent many hours researching diaper bags trying to find one that met all of my expectations. I am not even slightly joking when I say I went through EVERY.SINGLE.BAG. on Amazon that came up in my searches. I found lots of bags that filled a few of my requirements, but none that hit all of them. Now some may say I was being too picky, and wanted too much in my bag, which is fine if you don't want the same things as me. But the fact is, I am very conscientious of what I spend my money on, and if I was going to spend my hard earned dollars on ANOTHER diaper bag, if would be one that I was COMPLETELY satisfied with.*cue Darlyng and Co bag*This bag came up on the VERY LAST PAGE of one of my searches (why you hiding the good stuff from me, Amazon?!) As I looked at it, it seemed to be EVERYTHING I was looking for. It ticked all of the boxes. It only had a few mediocre reviews, so I looked it up and found the company's website, and even watched some videos of people reviewing the bag. I was a little hesitant to purchase because it was more than I wanted to spend, and some of amazon reviews said the straps were difficult to use. Well, I watched and waited until it finally went on sale for a great price, and decided to just go for it!THOUGHTS AFTER USE:This bag is AMAZING. It seriously ticks ALL THE BOXES. Let's just talk for a minute about the removable divider between the top and bottom of the bag.... IT IS MY FAVORITE. You really can't find this in any other diaper bags, which is ridiculous because it is the most practical thing ever. My bag is so organized and I know exactly where everything is, and I either open the top or the back pocket to get it. No more digging through the diaper bag with my arm in up to my shoulder! The bag is also so classy looking. It is stylish, but not overly trendy. It is made of very high quality materials, and after using it for a while, it still shows no signs of wear or tear! I really could not be happier with this purchase!SIDE NOTE: I really am not sure what those other reviewers are talking about when they say the straps are difficult to use, because I have not a any issues with them, and I have used it in all of the carrying styles. They work the same as every other convertible bag I have ever used.....

Overall I like the bag and have gotten several complements on it. My favorite thing about the bag is the extra insulated compartment. It’s great to have a separate compartment for baby stuff and one for my stuff. I think it’ll come in handy when traveling also (for my toiletries). A couple things I would (and will) change/modify. The straps are kind of annoying when you want to wear it as a backpack. I plan on adding a gold snap button on the strap/ backpack lid that will secure the strap to keep it in place. But I love that the strap moves to be carried like a should bag. One other thing I would change is the bottle holder is just an elastic band. I think it would be more helpful with a mesh pocket to hold the bottle in place. Also, the wipe dispenser, while thoughtful, kind of just left the wipes dried out.

This bag looks very beautiful..I love that u can partition insulated n cloth/diaper section for ease of access. However the reason i had returned is the most annoying belt. The belt does not have a firm hook to hold the 2 arm strapes in fixed position and hence it's almost impossible to wear it in backpack style easily. With kids quick n comfortable wearing of bag is must.

I absolutely love this diaper bag. It’s very “working mom” friendly in that it is both functional and chic. I love that it includes a padded compartment for laptop carrying and a way to divide the bag in half to separate mommy essentials from baby essentials. I find that I often have more space then I need and yet the bag never looks bulky (I tend to overpack). There are feet at the bottom of the bag and multifunctional straps that allow of back pack carry or shoulder carry. All in all my only regret is not finding this bag sooner.

I really love this bag. My only complaint is that the straps aren’t fixed in place when wearing as a backpack. Every time I want to wear it that way, I have to hold the straps in the right place before putting it on. They freely slide through so that the bag can be worn multiple ways.

I like it but I'm still adjusting to it. Because of the different ways that the straps can be adjusted in the backpack form it takes some extra effort to align in a comfortable position.

compartments are perfect! just wish it came in leather!

This diaper bag is perfect!!!! I used it for 3 little ones at once. There are many sections and zippers for storage. I also love that it’s durable and can handle heavy items.
