Gas alarm failed to detect a serious leak
I purchased this exact same item albeit from a different seller whose page now displays an error message so I am leaving my review here.I've had this item plugged in for a month.......without it activating. I could smell gas and Cadent came out and told me I'd got a bad leak from my boiler due to a poor installation. Shocking that this gas alarm detector failed to activate. The gas alarm is located very close to the boiler so it should have been activated by a very obvious leak. This item in my experience is not fit for purpose.

your product gives out false alarms intermittenly. so have now replaced it with a better one.
