I was quite hesitant to order something so expensive and so personal sight unseen (or tried) but after doing the research and reading the product reviews I was willing to take a chance. We had determined we needed a king size bed and with my husband's asthma and other health issues, it seemed an adjustable base was warranted. We received the mattresses within a week but the base shipped from California and was another two weeks. We expected this based on previous reviews so was not an issue. The shipping company called and communicated eta and also scheduled the home delivery and set up date. The delivery and set up company called 24 hours in advance and confirmed a 4 hour window.Set up right on schedule and pleased with the service. Note that the tether to connect the split King is an option and does not come with the base. Recommend this to keep the two bases from wandering apart. They will have a tendency to do this. We selected he medium soft based upon the reviews. My husband prefers a firmer mattress and even he says this one is quite firm. It is, but is a different firmness than a traditional mattress. We ordered the 15 1/2" mattress which is more than adequate. The 14 would have been fine. We set legs on second lowest knotch and would go to the lowest. Love the under lighting! I set up phone app so I can set alarm and sleep timer. Love getting woke up with nothing more than a gentle massage! I have both memory settings programmed and easy to change them. The wave massage is only available on the phone app but I don't care for it. I use upper and lower massage on the lowest setting every night. It auto stops after 15 minutes. Not long enough for me but probably a reason for the limit. I haven't read all the details yet. Am very, very pleased with the purchase and with the price paid. We shopped Tempurpedic and Sleep Number beds prior to ordering the Prodigy with Dynasty mattress. The Tempurpedic system as over $9,000!!! And it did not have the pillow adjust on the base.Know that the split King is almost like sleeping in two separate beds. There is a definite and pronounced split/gap between the mattresses that would be uncomfortable to use as sleeping space. Not a huge issue for us. If we want to snuggle up for a while, we just slip over to one side. We also use a heated mattress pad even though the mattress paperwork says not to. We had a gel top mattress before and used one. We normally only preheat before bedtime and then turn off or at least down to low setting. We also plan to add a headboard to dress it up. Possibly a footboard too. Not in a big hurry. Also plan to dress it up with an oversized king quilt but will take our time to find just what we want.Would absolutely purchase the same thing all over again. Highly recommend.

It's difficult to judge a bed in an online scenario, but we had checked out a number of mattresses in stores and knew we liked the foam mattresses, it was just a matter of getting all the features and firmness we wanted. There are so many good products our there, but this bed is loaded with features, had plenty of good reviews, and the price was great - much less than the mattress stores for beds with less to offer so we took the plunge.It was a bit firmer than we thought, and we put a 1" foam mattress topper on it and now it is perfect! We love all the adjustments, and my wife and I each have our own memory settings and can quickly adjust our sides how we like, the remotes are easy and intuitive to use. We did have a problem where one side stopped working after a week, and the company quickly responded and they sent us a new remote for that side. The new remote arrived and we sync'd it to the bed and the problem was resolved.We put the bed into the wooden frame that came with our bedroom set and it looks great with the headboard and footboard. We have been sleeping on it for two months now and are very happy with the purchase. We set the beds to 'Zero G', turn on the vibrating massage, play some soft music through the speakers that are sync'd with Bluetooth to our phones, and end up with a great nights sleep - which is what it's all about.I would recommend this to a friend, and I would buy them again!

I, like many others, was suuuuuuper nervous to buy a whole bed and mattress set online without ever seeing it in person.But like many others have said, I have officially been blown away. We ordered the medium firm mattresses and they aren’t too firm. They’re perfect! We sink in just the right amount.We got the mattresses first so we took down our old bed and slept on just the mattresses on the floor for a night or two. We slept like babies.The adjustable bed frames let you sit straight up if you want to. Which is a feature I was hoping for.Each of these bed frames is crazy heavy so if you’re like us and you’re thinking you’ll just set it up yourself, don’t. Even if you order without setup l, like we did, they’ll still set it up for you. We live on a military base and the delivery drivers had trouble getting access so we just picked them up from where the were shipped to. The delivery guys were super nice and put them into our SUV for us so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.We got home and tried to get the boxes out of the SUV. We needed to take both beds up the stairs. In total the bed frames together weigh 350 lbs.🥵🥵We obviously made it work but maaaannnnnnn....So learn from our mistake and make use of the free setup!

It's a great bed with all great features available, and we are pleased with cooling dry gel mattresses it's medium firm just right for us. I want to point out few negative things for improvement purpose though:1) Speaker system is kind of plus, but not impressive at all. Since we bought split king, i had to transmit to two separate connection. Not sure if it's transmitter or receiver, but one of the connection cannot keep up, and sounds weird. I wish they can add one connection to feed both split beds.2) Remote keys are hard to predict in dark, so wish they have some key bumps that we can remember through muscle memory.3) White glow service people helped us put it together, but when i call customer support to learn about few stuff. I had to leave message due to busy call volume and after over a week got no reply. Fingers crossed, i am hoping that by looking at bed quality i will not get any problem, but if i do then good luck dealing with that.
