One of my favourite whiskies in the world.
Cask strength bourbon smoked with oak. As far as I know they smoke the whiskey rather than the malt - don’t know if they still do it this way but the label suggests it is. Sweet, savoury and smoky, like a good bbq.

Texas spirit in a glass.
This would be a great addition to anyone's whiskey collection, an intriguing American spirit that seems to conjure up Texas in a glass. If Islay malts remind you of a bonfire on a windy Scottish beach, this dram will whisk you away to a plate of burnt ends and beans out on the range.

Like nothing else I've tried
Really, REALLY different. Hugely smokey but not like an Islay. All I can say is if you like Ardbeg and Wild Turkey 101, this is like the steroid enhanced child of that coupling.
