Keto expert here! Been using these for two weeks now and only notice a slight energy increase in the first hour of consuming. No noticeable change in weight either doing Keto along with these drinks Used daily ketones test strips as well and no ketosis in sight! I've been following Keto for many months if not years on and off, and thought these could help move the scale a bit since I'm stuck in a plateau. But nope! Taste is really good though, so if you're looking for an expensive tasty drink, by all means buy this product. All those testimonials you see on TikTok are wrong, these people are getting paid for their advertising.

One, this stuff is expensive. Two, no sugn of being in Ketosis in any hour taking it. Claims that it puts you in Ketosis within 1 hour? No...Very unhappy

You can taste the Salt! I know when in ketosis you lose sodium but 900mg in one shot !!! If you suffer from high blood pressure then you know you avoid sodium.... not only was it salty, it was wayyyyyy toooo sweet.....🤢🤢🤢🤢 waste of money

Tastes awful... gave me diarrhea and stomach pains. Had to dilute the package and use only half at a time with 16 or 20 oz of water.. i disliked the taste. Used my keto stick adn had minimal carbs..was never in ketosis

Product didn’t taste good , but mix it with lemonade crystal light the flavor gets much better. Been taking the products 17 days and have lost 10 pounds so far..

I overall love the product, but it needs to be off prime. It takes a week or more to get it. If you do Order be prepared for them to change the shipment at least 3 times!

Flavors are amazing and I've had fantastic results with increased energy, curbed cravings and as a result some good weight loss. Pricier than the other brands, but definitely worth it for the taste and results.
