WOW! just WOW!
I have never tried to refill a toner cartridge before but the price on this was too good nto to try. I was incredibly impressed. I don't often write reviews but I HAD to write this one. I have been using laser printers for quite some time and resigned myself to the fact that, while per page, they are less expensive than inkjet, the immediate cost of any parts are fairly high. This printer has changed that as well as this toner refill. took a few minutes to figure out how to open the cartridge but once I did, it was all cake from there. I cannot recommend this enough to users who love the great color of a laser printer and an inexpensive way to keep the work going.

dont waste your money
dont waste your money. yes i have the four colors and the chips. the probem i have? if i put all the powder in one of the container. it might fill it half way.there is not enough in any container to refill the cartridge half way.the 3 colors have about 1/4 inch of powder in it.

So far, so good....would definitely recommend.
I just refilled the black cartridge only. After a few copies, looks good. BUT . . . Vendor (TonerTap) did not ship the correct chip for the black cartridge. They shipped two magenta chips instead. I put the old chip back in and set the printer in "Use non-Dell Toner" mode. (Note: I was unable to change that printer setting by logging into the printer via a web browser; would not accept password; had to change the setting via the "Menu" from the small control panel on the printer itself. Tip: Vendor thankfully supplied 4 screw-on spouts, complete with a white paper gasket. Carefully cut a hole in the center of each gasket. Cut off MOST of the spout so the toner will come out of the bottle easier. (DO NOT use a hack saw to cut off the spouts; you will probably contaminate the spout with black plastic "crumbs"; use a box cutter or heave diagonal cutters instead.) DO NOT attempt to use the spout without the white gasket and DO NOT squeeze the bottle when filling. If you do, you will have toner spraying out all over! Before putting on the spout, bang the bottle on the edge of a table a few times to get it un-stuck from the inside of the bottle. No need to worry about the bottles only being filled 1/4 full. Vendor says there should be enough toner in the black bottle to make 1,250 black-only prints and in the C, M & Y bottles to make 1,000 color prints. (Note: that does not mean that you can make 1,000 magenta-only prints, plus 1,000 Cyan-only prints plus 1,000 yellow-only prints. That means that those three bottles of colored toner should make a total of 1,000 "representative", business-graphics color prints!)

Hit or miss quality control, bottle size
I thought it would be helpful for people who are looking at the bottles and thinking "Wow, I'll get a LOT of toner!" to let them know1) they're not full, but they contain enough for one refill, and2) I'd imagine the company probably just bought whatever cheap bottles and screw-on spouts were available and worked at their price. I doubt there was ever any intention to fill them completely up before selling and shipping. That said, it's a good value for one refill of each cartridge, but the quality control is lacking. The included chips weren't recognized by my Dell 1660, and it wouldn't print until I put the old chip back in. I don't print anything that requires crucial and correct colors, so I can just watch for when it starts printing poorly, but if you need to monitor when your toner is running out you may want to consider a more reliable product.I'd consider buying it again, but I wouldn't have the same high expectations I had the first time. I *definitely* wouldn't buy it months in advance like I did, though. Next time I'll buy it when I need it and have the option to return them if/when the chips don't work.

As good as OEM
I've purchased aftermarket ink/toner before and was disappointed with the print quality. The colors were never the same as OEM. Needless to say, I was skeptical about purchasing the toner refills but figured it was worth a shot since the price of other options was double. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was to refill. When I compared a page with OEM color with a page using the refill color, it was identical if not slightly better than the OEM. I'm so glad I've found an affordable way to keep my toner full and not sacrifice print quality.

Poor Packaging
Poor Packaging - I received absolute garbage. Not a shred of protection when they threw the bottles in a cardboard envelope, what did they think was going to happen? Look in the pics to see exactly what I received. I cannot comment on if they work or not, as it's unusable.

Good value, needs better instructions
Toner works well at a great price. INSTRUCTIONS need to be improved:1) Be very careful when removing the old chip. You will break the small plastic clips that hold it onto the cartridge.2) Each replacement chip has tiny lettering "1660" followed by a C or M or Y or K. If you install the wrong chip in the cartridge, your printer will not recognize. I missed the lettering the first time I tried.3) Insert the new chip sideways first (there is a small slot along one edge that fits through a clip), then shimmy it into place. If you try to jam it from the back, it will break something.4) There is plenty of ink for one refill, but yeah, the bottle is 8x too big for what you get.

Now what I was expecting at all.
Was an easy refill once I watched a video on youtube. However, these are only about 8 ounce bottles and mine weren't even 1/4 full. I don't expect very many page prints off of this at all. On top of that, the chips that were supplied were not even recognized by my printer. I had to install the old chip back in and select non-Dell toner so that I could even use the cartridge again. Would definately not recomend this vendor.
