Great quality with reasonable price.
Great quality boxing set for the price; the punching bag is built sturdy with a thick padding layer. I stuffed the empty bag with used clothing and pillow as well as a sand bag to give it more weight. Super easy to install in the garage and now my husband and I can get sone exercises after work. Highly recommend!

Love the product
Thank you for the punching bag. It really helped my grandson. He has bipolar and he has a tendency to want to hit things. And this is helped him greatly. Thank you so much.

Is it worth the money and value?
The main reason I bought this was for the bag and I got one pair of gloves(not weighted) , 2 small hand wraps, hook, chains, bag. I had also just filled it with clothes and the bag feels really nice and is holding up really good, I didn’t get the two pairs of gloves but it’s not that big of a deal to me, I’m pretty Satisfied:)

Hang bag before fully filling.
It was funny to watch one person try to hang this up after filling with about 450 lbs of sand. I suggest adding a 50 lb bag of whatever you're using, hanging it and then filling it the rest of the way after it's already suspended. It did not come with a hook,so I used a heavy duty locking carabineer instead. We used play sand from Lowes to fill.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY
So I just received this heavy bag delivery was good everything came inside the bag like it said it would no problem with that part. Easy to assemble and hang. I did change out the carabiner hook to a heavy duty one so I packed it with towels and sand the total weight is only 60 to 70lbs. I am only 5'9 and 190 the 4th work out the bag started to rip now today was the 5 time and its about to blow lol good thing its super cheap. I would not buy this bag its no good do NOT BUY. Also I was going to take a picture of the bag but I tried to put some heavy duty tape on it to so if that would help but it didn't just beware if you buy.

Takes a beating
I've trained different martial arts for twenty years. I beat the hell outta bags. This one is great so far. I like an empty bag I can fill as I like for firmness an weight

My 17 year old son loves to box so we bought this for him. For the price it is a great value for a young boxer in training.

We are a beginner boxing family, we filled the bag with old sheets/comforters and it was easy to fill/hang.
