Carhartt Men's Full Swing Loose Fit Washed Duck Fleece-Lined Jacket

Just received my Moss Carhartt jacket. Great working outer material. Seems like it would hold up in any environment. The jacket is big in general but you don’t lose mobility. I wouldn’t wear a thick under layer with it. Plus it’s already well insulated so there’s no need for one.I’m 5’10 165 lb that usually wears a large in t shirts and hoodies. I originally went with a large and it was way to big. So I went down a size to a medium and it fit like a glove. 10/10 recommend if your looking for a durable work jacket or something nice to wear out.

Fits great still looks great after 4 years

This coat is very warm with sections of soft lining, has a durable exterior w/ well built zippers. The range of motion is incredible, although the areas of extra range are visible and could be unappealing to some. The coat runs VERY big, I’m on the bigger end of a typical XL but this coat in XL was unwearable so I had to return for a L (large) and the large is the perfect roomy fit you want to go over 2-3 layers of shirts or sweaters. Overall the product is great and would buy again now that I know the sizing.

I bought this for a partner. They are about 5'7-5'8, and around 135-145 pounds. The medium fit great--it was baggy, but the kind of baggy most people like. The sizing of this jacket is very similar to Champion hoodie sizing (although still just slightly bigger), if that is something you're familiar with! Sometimes I'll steal the jacket because it looks so nice and is honestly one of the warmest things I've ever put on :) I am 5'2 and 113 pounds, and it comes down to my mid-thigh.Any bigger than an M for him, and it would've been way too big. Any smaller, and the jacket would've been tight and too fitted. The M let's him wear it as it, or even layer with a hoodie underneath (this jacket does not come with a hood, although you can buy it separately). To figure out his sizing, I read other reviews and looked at what sizes they got and how it fit them. Hopefully my review helps someone out! The cut looks expensive, and the material is so thick. I love it and wish it was mine.

I live in NE Pennsylvania. We have a lot of cold, damp, snowy weather. This jacket is perfect for this climate. I wear an XL in Carhartt vest but ordered a L based on other customer reviews and it fits perfectly. I am 5' 7'' and weigh @ 200 lbs. (a bit barrel chested). This jacket allows for great range of motion.

First, let me state that I very rarely give a 5 star rating because I believe there is always room for improvement. However, this one would be a 5 star rating IF i gave one.The coat is a little bit on the large side. Not really noticeable but enough that you can comfortably wear other clothes beneath it. The coat feels very durable as are other carhart products.The back of the coat is the best place. It's so roomy that I can use my arms without pinching or restricting movement. It's nice and warm too. The coat repels water somewhat but it's not exactly a rain coat so that's a plus. The zippers are well made, easy to grab, and easy to use. They just work. The arm cuffs are tucked into the sleeves and are not too tight or itchy. Very comfortable.Another nice touch is the drawstrings inside the coat so you can make it tighter if needed.Basically, if you're shopping for a new coat you can use to do work like activities, this is the coat for you.I would purchase another one, but I won't need to unless I just want another one; which, I may do so I have one I can work in and another just to wear.This is the coat you're looking for. Buy it!

I was a little worried that the jacket would run too big on me since everyone was saying in the reviews to size down and it ran big, good thing I didn’t, the medium fit me perfectly! Went with the same sizing as my Carhartt vest! I was honestly surprised but also relieved! Amazing jacket! Feel like I will have this for years to come and the Moss color looks great!

I think we’ve all had that experience of your coat being to tight across the chest and shoulders. Especially when the ole ball and chain gets lippy! Well, say goodbye to those days.. with my new “full swing” coat, I can really let loose, while making her understand that she brought this on herself and she should do better! Thanks carhartt!
