Awesome product
It is expensive but it worth the money . I have searched Home Depot , Lowe's has it but cost more . I have used this product on my basement after removing old laminate tiles that has old black glue. Maybe has asbestos, I sprayed the basement floor. This product is great it covers everything, no More smell in the basement floor looks clean and fresh. What a difference.

I now feel safe using my basement!!
Great product!! I had asbestos tiles in my basement and it always bothered me. Once I safely removed the tile, I still had the black mastic glue that also contained asbestos. I followed the directions and did the first coat with a 50/50 mix of Fiberlock and Water. I could see immediately that the product was getting pulled into the mastic and encapsulating just as described. Then next day I did another coat full strength, and a final third coat a couple of days later. I'm sure the third coat was not needed, but I still had some of the product left, so I decided to use it. I follow up with an acrylic based paint to add a little color to the floor. Eventually I'll be putting down vinyl floor plank. I feel much better about utilizing my basement space now that I've used this product.

Great product should last a long time
doesnt expand if you feel you need more than a single coat just reapply. takes a few hours to dry and then everything appears to be a hard plastic that is super flexable. We restored our 121 year old house this year in 2021 and we had old asbestos wall paper inside our walls and other things we werent quite sure of doing it ourself was cheaper than paying someone to come take it all out which was tough for us as some of it had fused to the wood. still have alot more work todo but this was a great way to get our job done quickly and with industrial strength product.

Safety
Very good stuff, dried with an enamel type shield I have never seen before. Definitely made feel safe building a new ceiling system over the surface.

Description was not clear on product/shipping
I have to pay for shipping to return this I feel like it should have been posted about the return policy and how products are applied. It is not for floors and have to use a spray method to apply which you can't see in description when you buy.

Too Big Of A Can
Wish they had a smaller one so I wouldn’t have to spend so much to do a small area

Excellent Product
Used this for bridging and encapsulating the black mastic beneath 9x9 asbestos tile I ripped up in my kitchen using all recommended safety precautions (exception of a negative air machine).Product is easy to apply, you can really put on as much as you want in one coat. The rich white pigment helps you assess your coverage and the binders are amazing. It's very tough, equivalent to epoxy. After letting it set for 24 hours, I've been installing cabinets on it and this stuff does not work lose or chip off.If you learn about keeping yourself safe, this product is what you need for encapsulation or bridging.Fiberlock also has mold and mildew products if your interested in tackling a professional remediation project.

Rolls on easy.
A little goes a long way. Looks a little thin but two coats are too much.
