Eastern Industries 70316 Catalytic Converter (Non-CARB Compliant)

Truthfully speaking, in my case, I would give it 5 Stars. It fit perfectly, and meets my immediate expectations. The reason I gave it four stars is that, with all due respect, (as per the per the garage that put it on) this Catalytic Converter is low end product, that should probably NOT be put on vehicles newer than 1995 (mine is 1987), and especially if there is a sensor past the this device. Per muffler shop, it could cause damage to the sensor (which is some vehicles can be rather expensive). I am not an expert in this area, so I do not know why this would happen. So, if you have an older vehicle, I would jump on this product. Please keep in mind that in California this product cannot be used. The cost is fantastic.. There is no need to pay a lot when this product will do the job.

Need a custom fitting to fit and welded on junk.

This fixed my car after 6 months of driving with a bad catalytic converter. I had to use some Exhaust adapters for my car ( 1997 Saturn SL1) but it was a fast install. made the check engine light turn off and increased my MPG. Great product for the price!!

The catalytic converter that I purchased for my 2002 Cadillac Deville did not work does not fit and is not made for a Cadillac Deville 2002 you’re costing me a lot of money and time I really don’t appreciate it if you say something is going to fit the car it should work I hope this helps thank you edward bostic I’ll be careful about buying auto parts from you Again

Just had this installed on my 1998 chevy s10 and worked perfectly at half the cost of the others the muffler shop had for sale.Would definitely buy again.
