Work
If you're in need of sleep, Valerian Root is an option to go with. These worked well enough but we ended up returning them since they were a little too effective. It's recommended to take these planning for at least seven to eight hours rest and I wouldn't chance it other wise. My husband took these behind the recommended window for sleep and almost couldn't get out of bed the next day! They do not make you feel out of control or anything weird, just groggy.

You neve know what is in things these days, but this product was tested and had what it said it had and nounnecessary "stuff/fillers". I LOVE the glass bottle. I avoid plastic (so bad for the environment).It may help you, or not. Worth a try. It is good for sleep and I actually take it before a flightto clam jitters.

Definitely helps anxiety
I take 1 before bed and can tell a noticable improvement in my anxiety which helps me get to sleep. I take with 10mg melatonin. If I take 2, I am groggy in the morning.

Mixed response. Sometimes it seems to help me sleep and other times does nothing. I take two prior to going to bed.

If you have trouble sleeping, try this. Definitely seems to have a calming/unwinding effect. Add Yoga Nidra session from Utube, and sleep like a baby!

He contado las cápsulas, porqué veía mucho espacio vacío en el recipiente. Y sí hay 100 cápsulas. En mí caso ha salido una de más. En cuanto a sú funcionalidad 👍. Yo las tomaba cuando el recipiente contenía 60 y me funcionan bastante bien.

No me hace nada
No hace nada. Me tomé dos antes de ir a dormir (dice que hay que tomar entre una y tres). A media noche, con los ojos como platos, me tomo una tercera. Me voy a la cama y al cabo de un bueeen rato me duermo. Sueño intranquilo y me despierto antes de haber dormido ocho horas. Total... Muy mala la experiencia.
