Brilliant credentials but the pot has no seal
This is a thick cream that takes ages to sink into my skin, just sits on the surface for a while but it is a night cream so its going to be thicker. The cream smells like the skin of an orange, like the orange pith.I'll be honest, the one thing i cannot get over (im a microbiologist) with the pot i recieved is it wasnt sealed. At all. Anyone could have stuck their fingers in it and screwed the lid back on. As its a thick cream rather than a solid cream it was all sloshed about inside so it actually looked pre used! Please add a seal to the pots. You cant knock the credentials of the cream or the brand, its made in Scotland, the cream is vegan, every pot sold donates £1 to the M.E. association, the tin is metal and so recycleable. I love the tin, the lid screws on firmly but doesnt grate, like a large lipgloss tin.The pot has a batch number on the lid, so its fully traceable. The cream doesnt irritate my skin (like some creams do) and is full of natural ingredients. Some creams make my eyes water (even when they dont go near my eyes) but this doesnt. It feels soothing on, i cant see any increased firmness yet but its early days.

Ethical, luxurious and simply devine
I balked when I saw the price of this night cream however having then researched the company I was compelled by their values.I noted that another reviewer mentioned the pot was not sealed. I believe this is to negate the use of plastic in their manufacturing process. The cream is thick as a night cream ought to be. Run between your hands prior to applying and use big upward strokes on your face and neck.I found the scent divine - relaxing and soothing. The cream initially felt very thick but I did find my skin felt great and not clogged like it can do with some night creams. The company are UK based, they are approved by the Vegan society and they have environmental aspirations by using recyclable containers. The ingredient list can be found on the product page - they all sound wonderlful and products I am happy to treat my skin to.Highly recommended product and if Santa is looking on here I would appreciate anything from this range.

Pleasure to use but very expensive
Lovely rich, thick skin cream, suitable for use at night. Smells gently citrusy, like the room after you’ve peeled an orange.Full of high quality natural ingredients that has not irritated my sensitive skin.I can’t fault the product - it’s lovely- but I’m not sure why it’s so hugely expensive. There are many other natural non toxic moisturisers available, for a fraction of the price.I applaud the £1 donation to ME research per tin, but this is still an over priced product.

Lovely
This is quite an expensive night cream for me, but it is very lovely. I like the scent very much and the texture is very pleasant - easily absorbed, but my skin definitely feels much nicer in the morning. It's nice that they support a charity and are cruelty free - quite hard to find creams that meet these criteria (and are vegan suitable) that work - but I feel that this is a cream I might well splash out on when this one runs out.
