Kistky Set - DELRIN - Fine, Medium, Heavy, WONS.

These are excellent kistkas for making pysanky. I like to make Ukranian Easter eggs that are waxed and dyed and I like the different weights that these kistkas have. I mainly use the white one, which has the thinnest weight, and I'll use the other ones for filling in bigger spaces.They are easy to use and work well. Occasionally I will get a blockage in the kistka, but I will use the little wire to clean it out. As with any kistka, you will get the occasional Mary's Tear (a big blob of wax that comes out). However, this rarely happens when I use the smaller white kistka and wipe off any excess wax before using. I like this old fashioned way of making pysanky and others have enjoyed using these as well.

These tools are the same style I used when learning this craft. I’ve tried other brands but this is the one that best serves my Ukrainian eggs workmanship. The price is reasonable.

Much better than the ones that look like the tip has a tube for the wax that goes through the metal end. These are much cleaner to use and opening is larger so loading wax is easier.
