Update: I had unexpected consequences. I had rashes on my lower legs from fluid build up. Once I got on regular ACV 3x per day those have completely healed. This stuff is magical. I take one after every meal and it really aids digestion. I take the last one right before bed at night and my sleep has improved 1000%. It also seems to curb my apetite as I feel more satisfied when I eat. I'm sold on this stuff. It's not cheap, but I don't care at the point what it costs.

Great product. This pill version is better alternative to taking the liquid.

I love Apple Cider Vinegar Complex! I first got these as I was starting a new weight loss journey and I knew that stabilizing my blood sugar and reducing my sugar cravings were going to be necessary steps to my success. I'm thrilled to report that I have no sugar cravings anymore at all. I am also excited because my digestion has gotten so much better since taking these. Its so nice to be able to eat and not feel uncomfortable from doing so. I have more energy, I've lost weight, and I feel confident saying this supplement has contributed to it all.

Appears to be very good quality. No taste at all. A bit pricey.

I've been taking 2 o 3 for a few weeks, can't see any difference in bloated belly , actually coming back, nor covering cravings and blood sugar up and so I think it sucks went back to my ACV Bragg 2-3 times a day before meals and use as salad dressing, so won't be purchasing agaim

In addition to dietary changes, my hemoglobin A1C and fasting blood glucose levels have decreased after starting these supplements. I believe it is necessary to do both in order to control your blood sugar levels, so I cannot say that only taking these would fix your levels. A great supplement in my opinion, considering the beneficial effects of all of the components of this product.

I haven’t taken this long but I’ve notice less bloating after a couple weeks. Seems to worth the money.

I purchased this product mostly because I hoped that it would help with headaches when I get them. I took this product last weekend when I felt a headache coming on, and it did help! It didn't work as quickly as ibuprofen; however, it did help to dull the pain and then the headache did go away completely after a couple hours. It worked well enough that I will be using this instead of ibuprofen when I feel a headache coming on. Product tastes fine - no weird taste or after taste at all. Will continue to purchase!
