Damaged in Shipping But Works Great After Repair
The media could not be loaded. My first review was one star because of damage to the printer during shipping. I went to the hardware store and picked up four new screws for less than two bucks. It took about 3-4 hours to replace them and re-align the bed carriage and frame. Point being if you can't repair and adjust your 3D printer, you have no business owning a 3D printer. Check out the video showing two CR-10 S5s in action. The first undamaged printer is on the ledt, the one I repaired on the right. Both perform flawlessly and I can't tell the difference in quality. The seller, UCHOOSE, reached out to me immediately after my negative review to apologized and asked what they could do to help or make sure I wasn't loosing money. I'll let them decide what to do.The CR-10 S5 itself is hands down the best 3D printer I've owned. It's size for the price is the best on the market. It prints great right out the box with less than an hour of assembly. I'm now a fan of the open frame moving bed platform. Access to all sides of a print is vital to checking print quality and removing large parts. I also now like the separate control box.UPDATEI just used the Resume Print function. A job ran out of filament. Because I installed the filament detector that comes with this printer, the printer paused as soon as the end passed through the detector. It paused and the extruder moved to the home position while staying at the same height. The bed and the nozzle cooled off. That's good in cases when it runs out of filament unattended. While paused, I used the panel's "Prepare" menu to unload the filament remaining in the bowden tube, and load a new spool of filament. I pushed a lot of filament into the extruder knowing it wasn't going to go through the priming phasw when I resumed the job. I then used the "Resume" option. The extruder went to the exact spot where it paused and began printing again. Aside from a small blank spot, I can't tell where the "split" in the model is. This is a game changer having a reliable filament detector and easy controls to add/swap filament. Six stars now.PREVIOUS REVIEWI hate leaving bad reviews because of damage caused by shipping. but the seller should know, and in this case perhaps package to guard against negligent deliverers. This is the second CR-10 S5 I've purchased. The first was fine. The second was damaged. When I opened the box, two washers, a knob, and a spring were loose inside. Upon removal of the bed frame, I noticed a bolt sticking up from the aluminum plate at an odd angle. I pulled it out and it was bent. I removed the remaining three bed leveling knobs. They were all bent. The box must have been severely impacted to bend four bolts. The Y carriage is also wobbly on the tracks. I inspected everything else and found the Y motor bracket bent, causing the timing belt to lift up onto the pulley rim. I can't trust anything else about this printer at this point, and immediately issued a return.Sure it will be replaced, but now I have to box it all up and take it to UPS and wait another week? C'mon.

Heat Bed insufficient
The printer is awesome and was delivered as expected. Setup was quick. All tools required were included. Unfortunately I need to print ABS and the heatbed struggles maintaining heat over 78C degrees (ABS requires 110C). The reseller was very quick to respond and is sending a replacement heat bed but I discovered that the reality is everyone is doing a keenovo heat bed upgrade on this printer. (It is well known that the heat bed is only 300x300mm where as the print surface is 500x500mm).

A quality control nightmare of unspeakable horror.
Remember the tagline for the old Goosebumps books when we were kids "Reader beware you're in for a scare"? Well, when it comes to this hideous golem of a 3D printer from Creality I say "Maker beware, you're in for getting gaslit by an evil company that can't be bothered with even the most basic levels of quality control". While one is promised the ability to do awesome giant prints, this printer instead delivers nothing but giant headaches and deep emotional trauma. My printer came with a mainboard that had no firmware or bootloader installed on it as well as a nonfunctioning LCD screen. After ordering new parts from Creality and fixing these inexcusable issues we found that the stepper motors wouldn't operate in tandem, numerous parts on the printer were also bent out of shape. If a person can manage to get this abomination operating be prepared for it to fail mid print as well as it demanding constant maintenance and troubleshooting. If you do some basic research you'll find that there are legions of people with identical issues regarding this printer. Do yourself a favor and just buy a Prusa and break your giant prints into smaller pieces. Creality is a deeply immoral and shoddy company that does not deserve your money, no matter what the cope filled fanboys or Creality bots say.

Great product and great seller service two thumbs up.
The seller is great , didnt even notice they tried to contact me many times to resolve this matter, I was able to troubleshoot from youtube on the settings , still no success with pause and resume but i'm sure i can have that fix with the wonderful service they have. Overall , this printer is great for the price and i can rest assure that if any issues happens the seller is willing to help you fix any matter. I'm revising it from 1 start to 5. It's worth it and I recommend this to anyone.Previous review left:I want to like this printer although, assembly took me over an hour. Instructions somewhat acceptable but not very clear so you might be lost, it's better to see it from youtube. The bed leveling was really challenging but was able to get it straight with so much effort. After everything was set up properly I've printed a couple of the demo version and some projects with the recommended settings although major issues are the print stops/pauses many times throughout the print which is so frustrating. Also, the resume function doesn't even work at all. What's the point of having that when you want to pause and resume good luck because it won't even start from where you left off so you have to start from scratch again. Misleading power, It should of been 110v/220 as described although i've received it 115v /230. If you ever purchase this make sure you put it on 115v. If it didnt stop while in print I would of given 5 stars.. now gotta struggle to figure out how I can fix this.

Works awesome! I have printed a couple of life size Star Wars droids now
Just get a print sticker for the bed, adjust and you will be good like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075ZMHVB6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . Also, tie the motor cables or they will disconnect.
