No, The 10" is the top inside dimension. Since they are designed to stack inside of each other the bottom is slightly small at 9.8"

Can this pan withstand high temps? 475-500?

Absolutely! I've cooked many pizzas and other dishes in this pan all the way up to 500, highest on my oven. This pan is awesome.

Will the finish be damaged by cutting pizza in pan?

The pan is metal Utensil safe. It is not recommended to cut in the pan though as over time it could warp the pan

Hand wash only. Dishwasher detergents are caustic to the coating
