I think this works pretty well for falling asleep. And I’m a tough customer, having had insomnia for 35 years. I combine it with the cortisol manager+some Chinese herbs Restore+Stabilize+off I go to sleep!

The 400mg Valerian causes nightmares. That is the main ingredient in this tablet and it cases random nightmares and messes up your sleep. Please google about Valerian before buying. These tablets are haunted. This is worse than one wish willow stick. In the future they can create a movie out of these tablets.

I slept like a baby, but the dizziness next day was debilitating. Didn’t take it last night and not dizzy today. Tonight I will take one capsule to see if that helps. Not sure if it’s something my body will adjust to. I nearly fell multiple times.

I started taking this as an alternative to a prescription sleep aid and it’s definitely effective. I only need 1 pill per night and am able to sleep through most nights with at most, one short wake up. The only negative I find is they smell awful.

While I have been a life-long night owl, I only began having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep since I was about 50. I'm now 72 and have been on Ambien for years, but would like to cut back. I've tried everything including meditation, teas, melatonin, and Trazadone. I do wear a sleep mask and use night-time sounds or audiobooks with calming narrators, which help, but I still have a struggle. I researched all of the dozens of natural herbs and sleep aids and put them in a spreadsheet. Ambien supposedly works by increasing GABA, so I definitely looked for one with that. The "Pure Encapsulations Best-Rest Formula" looked like the best one, all things considered. I also don't take Calcium before bed anymore, since that can negatively impact sleep. And Magnesium is supposed to help even though this product does not contain it. So you could supplement with some Magnesium. I was amazed. I haven't yet been able to fall asleep well enough just using this product, unless I am very tired. But the "Pure Encapsulations Best-Rest Formula" has enabled me to cut my Ambien in half. That is a big win for me. Yes they do have a slightly odd smell, but no taste, so I don't mind at all. I am hoping that over time I can cut out Ambien most nights. I'm really glad I found this product even though it's a bit pricey. I would recommend giving it a try.
