The Kettle That Does It All (Except Make Your Bed)
Let me tell you about the Aroma Professional AWK-701 16-in-1 Nutri-Water Kettle in Pink—this thing is basically the Swiss Army knife of kettles. If you’re looking for a way to turn your water-boiling routine into a luxurious experience, then buckle up, because this kettle is here to make your life 100% better.First of all, this kettle does 16 different things. SIXTEEN. I’m just going to say that again: sixteen. It doesn’t just boil water; it empowers water. You can make green tea, fruit tea, flower tea, coffee, instant noodles (because why not), and probably even make your dog a nice cup of chamomile if you wanted to. Okay, maybe not that last one, but it does practically everything else! If this kettle were a person, it would be the MVP of multitasking—probably the most productive item in my kitchen, and that includes the fridge that has never met a salad it didn’t forget about. The 1.5L capacity is perfect for anyone who likes to over-serve at tea time (me, I’m guilty). And let’s talk about Pink—it’s not just a color, it’s an attitude. This kettle is so cute it almost makes me want to invite it to my next party. It’s got a vibe that says, “I’m here to boil your water, but also look fabulous while doing it.” The modern design adds that little pop of color that says, “I’m an adult, but I still enjoy a splash of fun in my life.”The delay timer feature? Pure genius. It’s like having your kettle start the boiling process while you’re still deciding whether you want a hot tea or a cold brew coffee. I love how it works around my schedule instead of the other way around. I’m basically living in the future, folks. And did I mention how fast this thing boils water? Lightning speed. Seriously, I don’t even have time to contemplate my life choices before it’s done. I just blink, and my cup of tea is ready.Bottom line: The Aroma Professional AWK-701 16-in-1 Nutri-Water Kettle is a must-have. It’s versatile, it’s chic, and it’ll save you so much time you’ll think you’ve discovered a new dimension. 10/10, highly recommend! This kettle is a total game-changer and the most fun you can have with hot water.

Love it works great and the price is good too
I love my health pot heats up really quick and can become very hot. Make sure you use the right setting so the water does not evaporate on you. The price is good compared to others I have seen. If you’re on rednote then you know how popular this is. I have prime so the shipping time wasn’t bad. I was just impatient to use it. Also of you have an HSA it can be purchased that way and they have an option for you to break up the payments. I like to use that option with higher pricing. I use Amazon though they don’t tack on interest. It’s very quiet so you should keep an eye on it. It does bro when done. I like that this has a keep warm setting also. It’s a good size as I like tea I get a few cups out of one use. It has a large range of different settings for The different types of tea. It’s durable as well as I have dropped it a couple of times. The size as far as taking up space is good too I wfh so I keep it on my desk I also love that it has a diffuser so the tea leaves aren’t all in my cup. There is another attachment but I have not used it In not quite sure what it’s for I lost the booklet lol but I’ll Google it. The packaging when it came was great it was very well protected. Definitely worth it!

For therapeutic or savory teas, a number one choice. Very reliable and versatile.
I use this tea pot for making therapeutic as well as savory teas. The settings are accurate, allowing me to 'cook' my herbs when necessary or simple steep for a savory tea. Multiple settings provide a vast amount of choices, very nice. Auto shut-off with timer, great manufacturing quality, durable AND replacement parts are available through the company.

It had potential, but too many things are wrong with it.
Aesthetically, it looks wonderful and many of the functions work well, but there are other major problems with it.I had to return the first one because Aroma sent me a used one. After getting the second one, the problem that you read the mostabout here - burnt dots forming on the boiler plate - appeared afterabout three uses. I decided that I could live with this by just cleaningthe metal with diligence after every few uses. When the water boils, the heat comes from a concentrated area on the boiler plate making itthe hottest area and so the "burnt" looking spots appear in that location. If they would've just made it so that the heating element gave heat thatwas more evenly distributed, then there wouldn't be this problem.About a month later, I noticed that one of the two tabs on the top of the lidwas getting soft. I said to myself, "I bet that isn't gonna last much longer..."and just a few days later, one of the tabs on the side of the lid completelysprung it's spring and no longer firmly grips, so it falls off now if you don'thold it while pouring. Now, this morning, I get an error warning "E00" on the displayand the unit just stops. I was able to turn it on again, but thewhole process has to be started from scratch. It's also not agood sign of what may come next.In the end, I'm tired of surprises with this kettle. You can only get so much enjoyment from the aesthetics of something. It's like having an attractive partner who has constant health issues -you want things to work out and try to work around the problems, but, in the end, the game is sometimes just not worth the candle.December 30, 2020: I'm going to have to drop the rating down to 1 star.Last night, I looked in the bottom of the carafe and saw mold formingaround the outside of the boiler plate on the bottom. I'm guessing thatan amount of water flowed down the outside of the carafe and got underthe white covering on the bottom and began to mold - which meansthat the seal is not good on it.The customer service is good, but even tho they sent me a new oneright away (before this latest problem), now I'm thinking of gettingmy money back. I just can't trust this to work correctly.

Good product but not the cover
It’s a very good multi functional pot. But the plastic cover is so filthy that its press button was out of work after just a few use.
