This is the second time I've used these, I've used them for over a year now and I really have no doubt that they're good because the first time I lost 15 pounds, I didn't have any side effects or discomfort, it doesn't have a bad taste either. If you're used to taking tea, you won't feel it strange, and that's even though I ran out of the kit because practically 1 kit is for 14 days, you have to place 2 to complete the 28 days. This time I know they'll have the same effect on me or better because I won't have setbacks that I'll run out and stop using, apart from that, accompanied by healthy food for small ions and exercise. Taking them makes you feel satisfied in your stomach without anxiety from constantly eating.

Well, the morning of her graduation, I stepped on the scale and saw 169.4! I was thrilled.Now, let’s talk about the tea. I saw reviews comparing the effects to pregnancy contractions and intense cramping. Personally, I did experience some cramping (not intense like others), but it passed quickly—usually right after a bowel movement. Yes, you’ll find yourself going pretty much after every meal, and yes, that’s part of how the weight comes off. It really helps your system clear out.I ended up buying it a second time and am hopeful for continued results. I've only been on this product for a couple days and its really helped with bloat and energy, but if you are weird with tea flavoring already, the evening tea will be really hard to get down.. its a terrible taste..

I followed the directions. The package was delivered in the morning; I had a cup of morning tea only; the next day I had a cup of morning tea and then in the evening I had a cup of the evening tea; ** because of the package comments about Senna sensitivity I wanted to be safe as I didn’t know how it would effect me I only drank half a cup of the evening tea. The third day” before I could even have my morning tea I started having cramps similar to (for the women out there) contraction pains!Please do not buy the evening tea until you try a sample of a Senna based product other than this! Even though I only used it for two days before having the Senna tea, I went to return this item because obviously I can no longer drink it. When you click ‘return’ it says RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED for this product! A big waste of money for me. Don’t buy it unless you already know if you are or are NOT sensitive to Senna!

The day time tea is ok. I do notice digestive differences. The evening tea I'm not so hot with the taste. Taste like popouri. Still drink it though for the digestive.

The best detox tea I ever used. I don’t feel hungry for the daytime tea and the evening tea doesn’t make me run to the bathroom until I wake up the next day. Overall, best product and would buy again. Highly recommended! What do you have to lose ? At least try it, you won’t regret it. I sure didn’t ! I feel less bloated after using it.

This is my second order trying the other flavor now,of the night and day tea. I wanted to say I am happy with this, I have less hunger and cravings. I have been on a weight loss journey and I'm in my 50s now and it isn't the same to lose weight. I am no carbs for over a month I usually just stay the same weight. Taking this tea was a game changer I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and I want to keep going. One thing I do recommend is until you get use to the tea don't eat a big meal. I didn't read the directions on the night tea I was drinking it every night, I would some time wake up to go to the bathroom and it all came out at like 2 am..lol nothing like cramps or anything. I am getting use to the tea, and for the first time in a year I am less bloated and have a bit more energy. I am also perimenopause and this actually helped me alot. I would recommend this tea for anyone that needs a boost in there diet or weight loss journey.
