Oddly, you put it on after washing your face and then leave it all day. You can put moisturizer and light makeup right over it.I've got some chronic illnesses, so I'm on a lot of different prescription medications. That plays havoc with my poor face, causing weird texture patches, redness, and random oddness. Within a few hours of applying this, my skin has a fresher, cleaner, calmer look to it. It's a little hard to describe, but my skin looks much better than it did before I put it on. If you're better than me and remember to do it even a couple of times a week you'll have great results.One thing to be aware of -- this, like a lot of Sampar products, has a VERY strong scent. It's a floral perfume scent that may be too much if you're sensitive to smells. Other people complimented me on my "new perfume", so it's not offensive, just strong. It's something we're not used to anymore in America, but it's apparently common in other countries because I've encountered it in several different French beauty brands.The price may seem high on this, but it seems to last forever! I lucked into several bottles of the Poreless Magic Peel at a discount store, but after a year I'm still on the same one.
