I had a wooden lap tray I used to eat on, my husband never wanted to use it but then he got sick and started using it and did not stop after getting well so I was left without a tray for my food. I bought this one after much searching on line. It is beautiful. Heavy but not too heavy, just big enough for my plates to fit and enough room on the side for silverware and a drink. If I have hot food I put a pot holder under my plate just because I do not want anything to ruin my pretty wood. It is easy to wipe off or wash down with soap and water and drys quickly and completely. When my husband saw it he said "You should have gotten 2." Meaning he wanted one just like it! I am very happy with this tray and I know I will have it and use it for many many years to come.

Absolutely love this tray. It's gorgeous & made well. The wood is beautiful. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because I think it's a bit on the expensive side. If I hadn't had an Amazon gift certificate to use, I would not have bought it. Too bad, because I would have bought a couple more for wedding presents.

Simply the best tea tray ever. Great for breakfast in bed or a light meal in front of the TV. Won’t hold a large dinner plate but works for smaller dishes or pasta bowls.

Broken handle second day, needs replacement!. Amazon did the replacement fast. No worries, great kitchen to patio server.

It is Beautiful!!! but crack in the bottom of tray we're pieces are suppose to be connected. Please send another one and I will be returning this one as soon as I can get to UPS because I am self isolating for Coronavirus as I am a senior citizen and following the order to stay home. Thank you!

I got this tray to help with serving dinner for our family of three. It was a stylish way to bring out dishes or servings bowls with less trips back and forth. I also thought it could play double duty for serving condiments or toppings for parties (see The reluctant Entertainer). I says it is food safe which was important to me. I like the details in all the wood. I served with the other day, and some sticky peanut sauce got on the tray during clean up. I was also very impressed with how easy it was to wipe clean. Great purchase.

Absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend. Just note the size you are ordering. The curved edges make the tray smaller than you might think.

Craftsmanship is stunning and sleek. Didn't think I would keep it, but turns out, its perfect. I'm into mixing my styles and this seamlessly fits into my decor and accessories. Easy to carry, although slightly heavy. Like its sturdiness. Balances a full size normal plate and glass. Tapas plates fits well too. Won't be able to jam more than a couple items for an individual. I mistakenly thought this was bigger. However, happy with the style, so it's a keeper.
