It is my go to cornbread always. And only 3 ingredients.
I have used Jiffy cornbread for years and will continue to buy it. It is a little bit sweet and really adds to the taste. I use it with milk and anything in between that calls for cornbread. I even use it in my cornbread dressing and get complements on it. You won’t go wrong on taste and price.

Jiffy is the standard
Jiffy is the brand that shows up in so many of my southern grandma's recipes. It is really the OG corn bread mix BUT just not available in my grocery stores growing up in St Louis, and not a chance now I live even farther from the south!! So glad I can get a six pack of Jiffy's delicious reliableness for corncakes, corny cornbread and all the other old favorites!
