It took a little over a month to receive 2 bag straps (black/khaki and brown/khaki). Unfortunately, after waiting patiently, the brown strap arrived with a flaw in the stitching so I requested a replacement. Instead I was only offered a reduction in the price. I would have preferred a replacement, but now they no longer have the same color in stock. At least the canvas is durable and the antique bronze clips match my purse. The red/white strap was a tempting substitute, but I do not trust quality control, especially coming from so far away.

It took almost a month from purchase to delivery since it obviously was coming from overseas. I wish it was thicker. It’s thin and mine came with some defects....black in some spots where it should be khaki so it makes it look cheap. And with tax & shipping it totaled to $20 which isn’t cheap for a replacement strap. Not worth the hassle to return. I do like the antique brass hardware which is sturdy but the thin & flawed canvas make this a regrettable purchase ☹️

Looks perfect on my bag. My bag didn’t have a long strap like I wanted but I loved everything else about it. With this strap it’s perfect!

I replaced a thin shoulder strap on a tote bag with this and it was very comfortable and I loved the contrasting colors. My only issue is that if you tighten it all the way, you're left with two equal length straps that don't stay together all the time. Wished it had a second clip to keep the straps together but it wasn't enough of an issue for me not to use it. Overall happy with the purchase.

Excellent quality. Nice thick webbing. Color is as it appears in picture.

The strap looks great and it feels very sturdy. Should last for quite awhile.
