It's a crap shoot on the rebuilt units
This cd player is a replacement unit for one I had that literally died! Parts for repairing it couldn't be obtained anywhere. So I ordered a replacement. the first one that came in, the carousel wouldn't even turn to accept cd's but it did have a remote. I sent that one back and the next one that showed up was perfect except that it DIDN'T have a remote. But I wasn't going through the hassle of asking for another one. I just put it on shuffle and play and listen to my heart's content. That's all I need it for anyways.

Needed belts, but I expected that.
The unit was well packaged and arrived quickly. Some mild scratches but nothing serious It did not come with a remote nor did they say it would. Upon power up I got an error that indicated the turntable wasn't rotating. I have had several of these units over the years and knew going into this that the belts might need to be replaced. I was right. I bought a belt kit (contains 3 belts) and replaced them. There are several YouTubes out there showing how to replace the belts. I found one video that was especially helpful, by a user called hugeshows. It works great now and the display is a lot brighter than my old one! Still 5 stars because I knew it would need belts anyway.

The description says LCD Remote.. buried in the questions it says no remote provided... Oh yes and ummm one more thing.. what was it... hmmm ... oh yes THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK. Minor details
