No these will not fit the MAX TwinTier. The TwinTier only accepts TW1061T

If i purchase this wire, does each roll have the 2 white dots on the side of each roll?

MAX TW898 tie wire no longer has white dots on the plastic cartridge. This means that TW898 will work only with lithium ion battery powered MAX Rebar Tier models RB217, RB218, RB397, RB398, RB517, RB518. It will not work with older models that are not lithium ion battery powered, namely, RB213, RB215, RB392, RB395, RB515. If you find a seller with older inventory then white dots might be available, otherwise it will be only the current non white dot TW898.

How many ties per roll on average?

depends on the tool you are using RB518 has less ties than 398 due to tying larger bar. I believe it is 120 ties/roll on average
