No, you'll start seeing shadow people and spiders if you do too much.

Yes in my view they are better,I have a severe dust allergy and have tried all the cheep alternatives and supermarket options but they had stopped working.I tried Benerdryl one a day and won’t use any other now.Hope this helps.

They are really small tablets. You have to swallow it with a glass of water
