Their customer service outreach to me after sending the product has been sincere and even humorous and the combination of those two has prompted me to write a review for them which is a very rare moment for me unless I’m overly impressed, which I have been. Based on my contact with them so far I would have little doubt that if there were a problem with their product that they would stand behind it. Although I have not used this battery I have charged it so I can always have it ready when I need it. It charged quickly and easily and I anticipate that it will work well as it seems to be a quality item. I have bought other batteries from other companies in the past and they haven’t lasted very long so I’m hoping this one works. I’m very encouraged by the customer service follow up that I’ve gotten from the manufacturer. It has shown that they are concerned about my being satisfied.

It’s so great to have 2 USB ports in the unit and the LCD screen to indicate the percentage of precisely how much power remains. Also there is an on and off switch so it doesn’t just stay on and waste juice. Great product, definitely the smallest and best external battery available.this is a great charger and literally the smallest in width, height, thickness and weight for how much power it provides — I looked-up every size vs amount of power available for an external battery and I am very confident this product is the one. I can charge my nearly dead iPhone X at least 3 times on one on full charge of the battery.

I work two jobs and take 16 units at University so I have no free time and forget to plug my phone in or don't have time to plug my phone into an outlet. So this works perfectly. I love it. The display makes me happy so I know when I need to charge it. Its pink and cute so I recomend it. Also I dont have my brightness up all the way on my phone so I wouldnt base it all the way on my review. But it does recharge my phone multiple times before it hits 10% on the display. I needed to go back and fix my old review. Use the charging cable they give you. Or I just have really weird wiring in my house. Mine got a little warm at first but thats because I used a diff cord. But now its fine. So its okay. It charges my LG K10 at least 6 times from 5% to 100% .

This item was as advertised and arrive on time. I heavly use my cell phone every day. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I recharged 3 times without and problem and had power to spare. It is lighter than I anticipated. Great customer services as well answer my question quickly.

I got this as an alternative to the recommended backpacking battery packs. This one comes in lighter (though about an ounce over the stated weight at 6.2 oz on my scale) than most 10,000 mAh batteries with a bonus that is has two re-charge ports instead of one.I haven't done a full discharge test to see what the effective mAh rating is but so far it looks like 2+ full charges on an iPhone 6s plus. In any case, I got this due to the small size/weight to mAh rating which makes it ideal for backpacking and great for a lightweight travel bag.

I love that its so compact, doesnt take long to re charge it, however the usb's (micro too) are very snug and wasnt sure they were going to fit. I do have one usb plug that will not work well with it. otherwise its a keeper

I really LOVE 💗 this device; it’s saved me from going crazy when my battery dies. I travel all around for doctors appts and as the passenger having my phone is a MUST. It has my medical records and everything so if it dies I’m in a bad way. This little pack not only charges my 8plus but charges it twice! I get my regular charge from the wall socket and then two charges from this. I recommend it to anyone who travels for whatever purpose.

Received July 5, charged it to 100, used it twice, stopped working July 12. Garbage product i’ll be returned ASAP!!
