One chain. Loop through removable tire AND frame and around bike rack.

What lock do you recommend to use with this chain to secure a bike in a neighborhood (Consider it suburbs, medium traffic area) ??

Any good thick shackle lock, not to thick, it has to be able to go through the chain links. I recommend a lock as stated above with a built in alarm. Happy Biking.

What is the chain links thickness (I mean is it like For example 10mm so it’s hard for thieves to cut it ?

9.5250 Millimeters = 3/8" I believe most thieves will look at this chain and go elsewhere, it is pretty intimidating.
