Handle Pulley Trouble
Have had this machine for a little over a week. Loved it. Yesterday I noticed that one of the bolts connecting the handle pulley was lose so I tightened it a bit. Had a great workout but noticed it was a little tighter than normal. Nothing to tight but I little more. Today while using it i hear a slight clanking as if there is some metal on metal hitting. I can’t see anything but I decided to back the bolt out a bit thinking that may have been the issue. Unfortunately not. The pulley is moving freely but now the bolt and nut, holding the pulley moves. Weird... I tightened it up a bit more, trying to find the sweet spot where the pulley moves but the bolts don’t and can’t find it. I’ve got a call into the company so I’ll have to wait till Monday to hear back. Bummer in the meantime. Otherwise love this machine. Was really starting to feel the workout.

Foot rest isn't durable
I love that is compact but still feels like the original water rower. I purchased the rower about 3 months ago and yesterday the bar that holds the foot rest came off. The bar is part of the frame, there should be no reason for this to come off. Before the bar broke I was in love with this product.

Very good value.
Chest strap/heart monitor is junk. I would rate it a 5 for mechanical function. Customer service sent me replacement under warranty and that failed also. Display unit still working. Mechanicals of Unit itself very good. Customer service good and helped me troubleshoot wear parts to replace. Parts wear out and you replace them. Bought in 2019 and use 2-3 times per week. Parts wear out like top (closest to handle) strap roller bearings and nylon strap but company has replacement parts. I am ordering more parts for when they are no longer in stock. Sturdy well built unit at reasonable price for a water unit. Would be nice if they had some maintenance videos though

leaking now
bought in 2019. leaking from bottom of tank somewhere. Has any body else had this issue. Trying to figure out how to fix
