Like other buyers I can't get it connected to wifi. I have both 2.4 and 5 g wifi-have forgotten 5g on phone laptop router etc. Still says doesn't work with 5g. Very good price 2017 model that cost over five hundred dollars. Has a mopping function that is limited but if the unit worked would be helpful. Still trying to connect it-talked to a tech but at 79 can't be picking up unit and resetting on bottom and dealing with router so back to fiddling.

Okay so I bought this 1 years ago. It worked great up until the machine would just start whining up the laser at random times of the day. I reset it, now it keeps saying theres an issue with the laser guidance system. Only 1 years of use and the machine just stoped working. I would give this more stars but only after a year of use it died out.

First Ecovac I purchased was a renewed product from Tech Union. Never got a chance to use it because it did not ship with necessary parts. The replacement unit sent out from Ecovac had navigation issues from day one. But "System Navigation" malfunctioned with 90 days. Ecovac will not stand behind the unit. The vacuum performs very well. Really like the cleaning, but not the electronics

Works well, cleans fine. Only caveat is it needs map to be created before advanced features could be used. Sometimes (most of the times) map is lost (by lifting, pressing button or switch off)

When I purchased my deebot from this seller, there was only ONE review stating that the wifi stopped working for the robot.... SAME thing happened to me. I purchased it on 12/24/2019 and it worked perfectly until 02/4/2020 when it decided it no longer wanted to connect to ANY wifi network. My wifi was a 2.4 ( I know for fact because it worked with no issues previously) and there was no damages made by me. Unfortunately, the seller didnt have any more of the same product so I to get a refund from amazon.If you ask me about the seller... dont buy from this one.If you ask me about the actual product Deebot r95- Best thing I've ever purchased!! ( Just buy from a different seller) I live in a household of four cats with long hair and litter is always on our hard floors. The bot handled everything our crazy household threw at it effortlessly. I just wish the product wouldn't have been shipped to me defective and continued working for us!

Was hesitant because it was a refurbished model., but truly didn’t want to pay the new model price. With the 90 day return policy, decided to try it. We received the product in excellent condition . This thing is great so far. Absolutely love it! Set up was easy and very easy to use.

Piss poor excuse for a sturdy vacuum. Poor battery life, has yet to “map” my house, keeps getting stuck in an area that I’ve marked off limits in the app. LASER finder is suddenly broken and it will not work without it. It broke from repeatedly running itself into a table
