Weak charging but otherwise great
Great sturdy product my only disappointment is how weak the charger is it takes nearly 5 hours to charge my samsumg ultra so I have to take plug out and put into my phone which then takes about 1 hour to fully charge the adapter plug came separate. It's great fast or slow I would say have it by your bed and have as overnight charger but definitely have a plug in too for when you need a quick top up

Sit your phone on and forget about charging with cables
This is a great product, sturdy, good charging but just a bit fiddly to connect at the back.I am forever sitting my phone down and forgetting to charge when not using it. I bought this so I could charge anytime without having to think about it. I love it, it is also a great stand for hands free face time/ calling. I don't know how I managed without it.

A bit hit and miss
It can be frustrating when the phone trips on and off charging. You have to fiddle with its position on the charge to get a prolonged charging spell. It also takes longer to charge than a plugged-in one.

S21 Ultra owners be aware !!
This is most definitely the best looking and sturdiest wireless charger I have ever had but unfortunately it doesn't fast charge my Samsung S21 Ultra which is a huge disappointment.

No ADaptors?
As a stand it is stable with my Samsung Note 10+ and the charger works ok so far. However although they advertise that it come with multinatonal charger adaptors mine didn't so beware if that's a reason for buying. Lucky that I have a bunch of adaptors at home for UK use.

Customer service is beyond excellent.
Product arrived is a different packing set from the description.But customer service gave its best to resolved it. So I say a superb service.Product is sturdy as it looks and looking very professional.As for charging, it depends what the power adapter can do. I am using a different one, and isolate purchase.

Things to know about the wireless charger
It is to set up to charge your phone cause of it being a wireless charging device. Once you have it all plugged in then all you have to do it put your mobile on it & it will start off red to let you know it's about to start off then blue after so you know it's working but when it ends up green then you basically know it's finished 100%
