(10 Pack) Philips Advance ICN4P32N 120-277V 3 & 4 Lamp T8 Electronic Ballast

I have installed a whole box of these ballasts. They have given me no problems at all. Instant on, no hum. I cannot attest to their EMI performance but I did talk to the manufacturer and they said that the fewer the bulbs you install, the higher the operating frequency, and they have seen problems with retail / storefront theft prevention systems when less than 3 bulbs are used. The ballasts will operate just fine with two or one bulb in place though. IMPORTANT - WHEN BUYING BALLASTS, ALWAYS CHECK THE BALLAST FACTOR and other specs. For the price, these or the Sylvania 49908 are among the best you will find. Be wary of Robert's son ballasts - their specs, particularly the ballast factor, are far below the quality of these ballasts.

I bought about 60 of these overall when I converted old lighting to LED... While there are 3 ways to convert to LED I chose to use ballast again because the bulbs cost less to replace and they last longer...These have been in use now for about a year and no problems...Phillips brand is good quality....

Great deal, now I have Philips ballast with Philips bulbs... so if I don't get the recommended life out of my bulbs I can get them replaced stating "I am using your ballast too"!

Good buy, worked like charm.

Ordered 10 they came in a box with no packing which was ok. But all the wires were twisted together it is quite a mess. I don't know how they could have got so tangled up. Good price if they work.
