Does the job
This is the second time the spring on my washing machine broke, allowing the "tub" part of my front-load washer to fall down. The repair man wanted several hundred dollars to come to my rural home and fix it. MUCH easier to do it yourself. If you had a spring break once, I would recommend getting a few of these so you have one on hand when it breaks again. Yes, it will most likely break again. This is caused by a uneven load in a washing machine (that loud banging sound you hear when you wash). Example: You place not enough towels in the washing machine, soaked towel then ends up on one side and does not spin correctly).

Decent enough part for machines that are probably dying anyway
A necessary part for a fairly poorly designed washing machine. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have a replacement part to go along with the replacement shock absorbers, but replace one thing and six weeks later, the spider support rots out anyway, and then you need to get a new drum under warranty (if you can), which involves moving the machine off its stand, and hopefully not destroying the overpriced, hard to replace gasket while changing the drum. So this part is good but watch for that drum support to fail at six years regardless.

Well made and meant to last
It’s been installed for about 6 months and hasn’t been an issue. I’ll hope for sure it lasts as getting it in was a bit of a chore, not because of the spring, but the weight of the washer drum. The springs are made of quality metal.

Just like new
A spring broke on our GE washer, so I replaced both. I did the job alone, and a comment in another review was extremely helpful. I used a 2x4 and some rope for extra leverage to lift the wash tank up so I could attach the springs. I also replaced all four shock absorbers.

I got 99 problems but a suspension spring aint one
Part came to me quicker that I thought. Although it was a pain changing it with the help of my 8year old son, thanks to YouTube and research I save myself over $100+ that would have gone to a repair guy and parts to fix. Front loader runs perfect now. Took 5 mins. to install.

It is exactly what I needed, but I wish ...
It is exactly what I needed, but I wish there were other options as far as a brand. This is the 3rd spring I have had to buy for my washer. I will NEVER buy a frontloader again because of this issue.

Perfect fit
Went online to research why our washer looked twisted inside and found out that the spring must have busted. There are video tutorials online for free that show you how to replace it. Pretty easy to do and our washer is fine now!
