I recently moved across the country, away from my whole family. I gained at least 20 pounds in two months. I hated how I looked and how I felt so I started going to the gym. Two months of working out everyday, no weight loss. I still continued to go to the gym, but I tried Slim Fast with it. Slimfast shakes did NOT keep me full, and didn’t taste the best either. I gave that up. I started working again and my husband decided to order these shakes for me to try during my quick lunch breaks. First of all, the taste of these are truly amazing. So far I’ve had the strawberry and the vanilla ones, and I like both. Secondly, these actually fill me up. I have one of these shakes for lunch and then I eat whatever I want for dinner. In one month I’ve lost 5 pounds. I could not be more happy with this product and I will continue to order more!! :)
