This is for: 9 Cells 7200mAh Li Ion Brand New High Capacity Laptop Notebook Replacement Battery for KM973,KM974,KM978,MT335,MT342,PW823,PW824,PW835,RM791,RM868,RM8I purchased this product from EPS Battery Store for a Dell Studio 1735 . It arrived quickly by USPS and was in good condition. When I first got the battery I got the red light indicating the battery was no good so I just reseated it and it's been working great since. It seems to last just as long as the original battery and windows can monitor it with no issues. It does lift the back of the laptop up a bit, but so does the original 9 cell battery. It seems to be almost the exact same dimensions as the original, if there's a difference it isn't obvious.Update Dec 13 2015My laptop now reads this battery at 46% plugged in and charging and never goes higher. I'm lucky if I even get 1 hour of run time on battery now.

This battery fit my Dell 17 fine but only lasts about 2.5 hours. Not sure why it claims to be an extended battery.

I'm sure this is a perfectly good product. I had to return it since it did not fit my laptop. It's description was what Dell gave me but it was too big. Be sure to look at your current battery prior to ordering. I felt a little silly.

Great product, exactly as described, fit my laptop perfectly and now I can actually unplug for several hours. Purchased at a fraction of what Dell would have charged for a new one.

My grandson states it is performing as expected. When we were looking for a battery a well known battery store was offering their battery for $100.00 so this was an awesome savings.

no issues, it was 94% charged out of the bag, plugged in just like the original. shows 4 hr 15 min at 99% will last around 3hr 40 min with moderate usage.

Not compatible with Dell Laptop stated as OEM part number - did not get recognized by firmware. Had to return for refund. Did not work.

They sent me a replacement because the first one wouldn't charge. Everything is working great!
