SUMMARY: These monitors are great. Very happy with the screen quality with the pair that I got.That said, I gave them 4 stars because I had to return two of the monitors due to a fault in the latch that allows the screens to move up/down. The adjustment switch just wouldn't move.Other than that I have no complaints. I like the rectangular base more than the circular one I had for my samsung's 24". I feed the monitors from my 2012 mac mini via a VGA and DVI adapter. There is no HDMI input. The speakers, as one of the reviewers said I think, are decent for low volume sound. The USB 2.0 ports are alright, and a convenient addition even at this price point. Cable management is so-so, but I am planning to put them up on a separate monitor arm set later. The rotation mode may be useful to some; tried it out briefly.The 14ms display response time is not a problem for watching movies (don't use them for gaming so not an issue for me).One additional point is I noted the color (temperatures) for the same settings appeared different on my monitors; did not perform calibration, but I attribute this issue to the fact that I have two different drivers from my mac, i.e., DVI and VGA -- but that may not be the real reason. At the end of the day, the difference was small enough not to bother me when I am working since I have completely different windows on each monitor.Overall this was a fine product; and I am very happy with the pair after a month of use.

Works, but cheap. Audio does not work when connected via DisplayPort, with or without the separate audio cable connected. DVI or VGA connection is required, in addition to the audio cable, if you want to use the internal speakers on this monitor. There were no instructions or troubleshooting tips that explain this flaw, and the monitor controls are very limited.Otherwise, the image quality is good for office use.

had to return 2 for repair and when shipped back one was damaged beyond repair (scrapped it) and but the second one worked perfectly

Writing this review because it doesn't have that many reviews. It's a unique monitor given the 1920 x 1200 resolution. Costs a lot more per pixel for each additional pixel than a standard 1920 x 1080 monitor, but if you're looking for something in this resolution and relatively small screen size, this is a good monitor.I ordered 4 last week, and they all look great. My setup is 4 monitors on a monitor tree. For most people, a 1920x1080 of the same size should be fine, but if you need or want the extra pixels, this is a good choice.

Great monitor but does not have HDMI connection (my video card has only on HDMi and one DVI and I have two monitors.

Acer B243PWL is a nice LED IPS w/ 1920x1200 resolution. The only problem with it, and it's actually quite a significant one, is that it out of the 6 buttons that it has, there are no buttons that let you change the input source directly and efficiently.So, if you want to connect this to several input sources (e.g. DVI-D and DisplayPort), and quickly change between them, you're out of luck, and would have to go through a very lengthy and several-level menu each time you need to switch screens.

Great monitor, size, viewing angle and the swivel feature is awesome!
