I’ve reached the point where I honestly can't imagine heading out for my daily walks—especially when I'm hitting that 10k to 20k range—without using this.As someone who keeps a high step volume, I was dealing with a lot of irritation and pain in my groin area from all the rubbing. It was getting pretty uncomfortable, but this balm made a noticeable difference right away. It’s become a part of my daily routine before I get moving.It’s really easy to apply and doesn't leave a greasy mess like some other products I’ve tried. If I’m going for a particularly long walk or it’s an especially hot day where I’m sweating a lot, I might reapply a little bit just to be safe, but that’s rarely necessary. It’s been fantastic for keeping me comfortable and irritation-free. Highly recommended if you’re active and dealing with similar issues.

Most of us have some kind of personal issue, and you know your symptoms can be kind of idiomatic. Some people have seborrheic dandruff, some people just have eczema, some people respond to sunlight, some not, eyeglasses prescriptions are very specific, some people get bad cramps with their periods and some don't, and so on. That said, after trying all the conventional solutions for chafe, this is the one fix that actually finally worked for me. I don't want to recommend something that won't work for you, but understand that it's worth a try. Read on so we can compare cases.I get thigh and butt chafe ("monkey butt") from long periods of any kind of walking or running and it's worsened by moisture, whether that be sweat or rain or humidity or lotion. This has happened to me throughout my life, regardless of my weight at the time, even when I've been in very athletic shape. I have tried specially tailored underwear for chafe (so mid-thighs including ones without inseams), deodorant, baby powder, even treating the problem as a potential yeast infection with antifungals - which it apparently was not. The formula just seems to be thin skin + moisture of any kind + walking = chafe.The first day I got the balm, it was the middle of summer in Georgia, and I applied what seemed to be a pretty heavy coating (this turned out to be about 1/20 of the 1.5 oz stick, I'd say) generously around the effected areas. I then proceeded to run 5 miles outside and walk for another 5. In all I was outside for close to 2 hours, sweating in about 85 or 90 degree F weather. This would have definitely chafed me big time but I emerged unscathed.Over the following months I applied it whenever I planned on doing any kind of cardiovascular exercises or a lot of walking around outside, and it was virtually flawless in its protection. If I had to guess what was happening, I'd say it seems to keep the skin from interfacing with moisture so it doesn't prune up or soften and make itself vulnerable to friction. It's not that it's really a lubricant or anti-irritant or anything.Here are some details on it:- It goes on more invisibly than white deodorant, but it can leave some oils on fabric that wash out fine- It may be drier than you expect it to be- In my case, about 0.1 ounce was more than enough to protect me for the entire day of activity and I would imagine the average person would get at least 20 uses per 1.5 oz stick (so $0.50 for protection from a day of chafe by my reckoning)- It seems to work well between the outside temperatures of 35 F to about 100 F. I haven't tested it outside this range.- I could detect no scent from itEven if you haven't exhausted your other options yet, I would recommend giving it a try. I saw another review mentioning the stick being melted upon delivery, which I didn't have a problem with even in the Southern summer, and the stick seems to store just fine up to 85 degrees. If you're experiencing extraordinary heat outside like if you're trapped inside in Phoenix while it's 120 degrees outside, you may want to find a more secure delivery, but I think it'll be fine.Overall, the Body Glide stick has fulfilled its purpose brilliantly and I'm writing this as I order my next stick. Give it a try.

Ease of application: very easy to apply you just rub around your chafing rash like a deodorant bar.Longevity: lasts almost my whole shift which is 10 hours, I would say it lasts 8 to 9 hours.Thickness: not thick at all I actually don’t feel it at all after applying it.Skin protection: my bumps have been healing very good ever since I have been using this.Scent: there’s no scent at all or at least I can’t smell anything, which is ok for me at least.

The consistency is nice but the cap is a little loose and might come off easily if kept in a bag on its side. If anyone at the company sees this I would recommend you make tighter packaging, however if you are a fellow customer I would recommend keeping it as upright as possible to prevent the cap from coming off and debris sticking to it

This stuff works really well and holds up for all-day usage. I’ve been using it daily for a week and I think it’s superior to powders or goops since it’s fragrance free and not greasy.

This is an oldie but a good. There's a reason why this is still around. Works great and doesn't pill all over the place when your sweating like crazy. Keeps chafing at bay and no white marks or smell.

Works amazing when I need to prevent chaffing on my legs and around bra straps/ bands during long runs and half marathons. When that became less of an issue, I gave it to my sister in law for leg chaffing during the summer in shorts and she is thrilled. She loves that she doesn’t have to keep reapplying throughout the day. Works for so many things!!! If you’re using deodorant to deal with chub rub, switch to this you’ll be happy- you can put it anywhere!!!

This didn’t really make my legs glide.. it made them stick together more

Compre este producto sin saber si funcionaba o no, he batallado desde siempre con la entrepierna porque mis piernas están demasiado juntas , correr con short corto era un gran problema porque siempre terminaba súper irritada de esa parte , no no era un sufrir siempre , mi única solución era usar legins pero con este calor es demasiado sofocante entrenar así, entonces decidi comprar este desodorante que se veía prometedor por los comentarios que leí antes de adquirirlo, y hoy que lo he usado no lo podía creer que hice mi entrenamiento de pesas en short corto y después hice cardio en la caminadora y woooww no podía creer que fue algo maravilloso darme cuenta que no sufrí absolutamente nada , realmente lo recomiendo , será mi aliado por siempre y el precio me parece súper bien, si leiste todo mi escrito , cómpralo!! De vdd si sufres como yo de ese problema , esta es tu solución !!! Y no no me pagaron por escribir nada hajajaj ojalá lo hicieran jajsj, pero de vdd es una chingonada!!! 😍

Siempre habia tenido problemas con las rozaduras en el talon por el tipo de calzado sin importar cual fuera, sobre todo al ser nuevo, pero con esto cambio, desde que lo uso me ha protegido siempre. El producto funciona perfectamente!! No mancha, y lo dice un fan de los sneakers. Nunca me he visto en la necesidad de aplicar mas de una vez al dia para seguir protegido, aunque solo lo he usado en la parte del talon del pie.Llevo usando este producto desde 2021 y lo seguire utilizando.Lo unico malo de esto seria el precio, pero agarrando una oferta conviene. Vale cada centavo.
