These seeds DO sprout! :)
These seeds are wonderful, I had no problems getting them to sprout. The Tasmanian strain is a harder one to grow, that’s probably why everyone’s leaving bad reviews…. But I tested the seeds and they sprouted in only a few days.

I have to agree with the majority about this.... very disappointed.
I do not like writing a bad review and this is only my third in 8 years. I never ordered seeds online before and wanted to discover a new seed company to buy from with out having to drive everywhere. When i ordered these seeds the package arrived two days later via USPS and i was very impressed at the speed of the seller. So i prepared my soilless mix and got my two germ trays prepared and then opened my package to see they had sent me Blue Half Moon Lobelia. So i wasnt impressed anymore. i contacted them through amazon and got a quick reply and apology and they told me (Robin I think her name was)and they would send my order back immediatly and to keep the seeds already sent. Thats pretty cool i thought. i even went ahead and sowed my lobelias in a pot for my daughter. 6 DAYS LATER, after i sent a curious email to them asking about my package, i recieve and email that my shipment was on its way. Four days later i finally recieve the package and couldnt help but wonder how they got the first one to me in two days, including placing the order, and this one took almost two weeks. Regardless i was just happy to see my package finally here and sowed half the seeds. 1 MONTH LATER, still no seedlings. ive grown multi varietys of poppy in my home back in california. i use professional grade products and equipment and I was born into a family business of propagating exotic plants, cactus, and subsistence gardening so after 25 years I like to think i know a little something about plants and how to grow. So i Take the other half of the seeds and and sow them amongst a variety of different growing media that i own including hydroponic and aeroponic setups. I ve been able to work some miracles with seeds and plants many times when others couldnt but bad seeds are bad seeds. After another month with this variety of ways to grow... No seedlings. Not even my complimentary Half Moon Lobelia came up. I sent another email telling them with more detail my problem but i never recieved an email back. i guess they were done doing business with me.That was a few months ago and as i was browsing today i saw all of the ratings for the product and noticed i wasnt the only one who had a problem with them. I cant recommend this seller and if they continue to sell products like this they need to be removed from selling on amazon. I hope this has been helpful.

Very good germination
Very good germination. Easy to grow. Transplanting seedlings does not work well. Nice product, highly recommend [compared to other seed offerings]

none of the seeds came up
I am not a good gardener. I planted them in large metal tubs. Southern Oregon 120 degrees. None of the seeds came up.

Did not sprout
I scattered these seeds on a mound of potting mix I placed in my garden plot. I had an identical mound next to it planted with a different poppy (Danish Flag). Both these were grown in the same soil, with the same sunlight, and given the same amount of water. I scattered these seeds and never saw them again. Absolutely no activity, and not a single sprout. The Danish Flag mound had an abundance of sprouts which I thinned to a few. This was the fall planting so it's no biggie and I will try again with the spring, but I am already much more satisfied with the Danish Flags. Was shipped promptly with the Flags and I have no complaints with the seller.
