Awesome Set for the Price
Sometimes I get tied up, and can't make it to the gym. So this was a great alternative, for home workouts. I use the ab wheel on the floor to work out my abs. I installed the pull-up bars to a section of our barn that was suited for it, it holds well. And the push-up bars, I can use those anywhere.Everything is very strong, very durable, and all built to last. The push-up bars and the ab roller in particular are good for anyone that spends a lot of time on the road, but needs to work out when they don't have access to a gym. Good investment for anyone who enjoys working out.

Good set, good price
This is a decent set of pull up bar, push up handles, and roller thingy for abdominal workouts. The quality (of the pull up bar anyway) is equal to the Gold Gym pull up bar I have (see photo). I used both the Gold Gym and the SPRI pull up bar today and found no difference between them (other than the wear on the Gold Gym foam handles after several years of weekly use). I like the workout diagram/pics -- I didn't realize you could use the pull up bar for pushups and also to hold your feet down for sit ups.The pushup handles could use thicker padding because my palms began to hurt after about 1 minute, compared with just flat-palms on the carpet. I do like the handles though because I can go down lower than my hands on pushups. I do not plan to use the wheel, as I do eccentric situps for abs. This is my weekly routine that I have been doing once a week (10 minutes total) for about 5 years now and it works well. I do it at home -- no gym membership needed. I found the exercises in the book The Smarter Science of Slim, which was replaced by The Calorie Myth. I do 6 reps of eccentric pull ups, 10 seconds each. Then 6 reps of one-leg squats on the left and then the right leg, 10 seconds each. Then 6 reps of eccentric pushups, 10 seconds each. Then 6 reps of eccentric situps, 10 seconds each. You should feel muscle burn around the 4th-6th reps, or your not doing it intensely enough or you may need to carry more than your body weight. That's it, along with a somewhat paleo diet (reduction of sugars and simple carbs), and it keeps me toned and keeps my body burning fat instead of carbs.

Great set of exercise equipment for home
The SPRI Gym set includes an ab wheel, a pull-up bar, and push up bars, making this a great set of workout gear to have at home. You can do a great variety of bodyweight exercises with each of these three pieces. The pull up bar fits in standard sized door frames and is very sturdy. The ab wheel is well made and will really work your abs out. The push up bars help you do elevated push ups and L-sits, as well as a variety of other exercises. An exercise guide is included to help you design a variety of workouts. Highly recommend!

Quality is just OK
If three stars means a product is just OK, then three stars is the right ranking for this mini-exercise kit. That's not to say that you can't get a good workout with this equipment -- you can -- but the manufacturing quality isn't excellent. Four of the eight rubber handles arrived with big, bad cracks down the side. I can't say for sure how long they will last before they split apart and have to be replaced -- if replacements are even available.I was primarily interested in the push-up bars and the abdominal wheel, because I've been leery about pull-up bars suspended in a doorway ever since I had the kind that work on a torsion pressure system. Those always failed and led to a fall. But this uses a different system, with a plastic bar resting on the molding atop a door frame. Frankly, that makes me a little nervous, too. Will that hold my 180-pound body for multiple pull-ups? So far, it has. But I'm not a big fan of pull-ups anyway, so I probably won't use it enough to break down the molding above the doorway.I posted pictures showing how the pull-up bar is held in place. One good thing about the design is that it goes up and comes down in a couple seconds. All four cracked handles, however, are on the push-up bars, which I use a lot. All I can do is hope they last a while. I may wrap them in electricians tape or duct tape to increase their lifespan. The abdominal wheel provides a surprisingly challenging workout, so I like that.Another word on the quality: they provide you with a thin, little crescent wrench to tighten the bolts when assembling the pull-up bar, and that kind of hurts your hands when trying to tighten it down. I suggest you use a sturdy crescent wrench (10 mm) instead, so you can really tighten it down without pain or worry.

Does the job!
Easy to assemble, comes with the wrench you need, and even easier to install on the door. Does not damage door frame because of the foam has prevented marking up my walls when I use it. Simple effective design. Supports over 200 pound guy doing about 25 reps. Hammer grip position is quite effective. Sturdy. Grips are good. The bar that sits on the top of the door trim is plastic so we'll see how it lasts. I just wish there was a way to attach it to an overhead beam/wall directly in addition to a door frame. I could rig it up somehow I'm sure but oh well. Also I can feel it flex when I use it sometimes. For the price though, it does the job! Also I like the Extra Stuff that comes with this Kit. The Ab Wheel is not the best quality, also the Push Up Bars feels a little weak, unlike the Pull Up Bars though. One thing to note, depending on your house, the walls may creak when you use it. I checked it over about 10x when I first tried it and there is no cracking or indication of any weakness where the bar sits. It's just an old house where things creak.Thank you for taking a minute out of your busy life to read my review.
