OEM TOOLS 22986 5 Piece Spiral Type Deep Extractor Set on Aluminum Rail

I've owned these for over a year and finally used them yesterday. My customer had a couple of very difficult to remove bolts connecting the exhaust manifold to the exhaust. I hammered the 7/16 socket onto the nuts, and the extractor worked great. I was able to free the rounded nuts.

Bought these to get the exhaust flange nuts off my 14 year old F150 hunting truck. The rust was so nasty, I sprayed with penetrating oil for a week before attempting to take them off. First tried deep-well, 6-point socket with 1/2" drive 21" breaker - no go. Then heated with torch and retried - no go - just rounded the nut. Then I got these bad boys - smacked it on with a hammer, and put that 21 inch breaker bar to the test - zipped right off - God it good.

These sockets feel solid. They seem to be very good quality. The 5/8 pulled a spark plug with a stripped hex head out with no problem. Great sockets.

I bought these expecting it to be a gamble but these worked great on a rounded stainless steel nut, with no evidence of dulling. The cut of the flutes seems to be very good and the steel seems to be very durable. Overall, I am very glad I made this purchase.

Got these because I was scared I was going to round off a bolt while removing a old exhaust manifold. Trust me these are well worth it I would have been crying right now if I didn't have these.

Looks great wasn't able to use it for my application, but I know it would have future use down the road.

Perfect. Pulled a flow plug out of a Mercedes easily with the 11 mm. Worth the money.
