The Reiki Magic Guide to Self-Attunement Kindle Edition

As a Reiki Master I have always wondered how people get away with promoting self-attunements of Reiki. I bought this book hoping to be enlightened by this mystery of my twenty years plus as a Master. There was no mystery. This book is simply a scam. In order to do a Reiki Attunement a Reiki Master must be present. The reason being is that the Master, through breath, opens the central channel to instill the Reiki symbols in the dormant energy that lies in root chakra area. This writer himself recommends getting an attunement directly from a Master. But in cases where there is none, he offers up a prayer to the Reiki Spirits that you only need to say once with a lit white candle after some meditation. Well, thats a crock and a rip off.As for the people who claim this really works, they may have already had some form of healing ability or they really do not understand the full impact of a Reiki attunement. I have had quite a few students claim this and then when they do get the attunement directly they recognize that the power is much greater than what they worked with beforehand.He also "channeled" some new symbols-which is the biggest marketing scam to Reiki. Keep adding more symbols and you will become more powerful. Not true.The power comes from clearing your karma which lies in your energy fields as well as living a life of integrity. Not happening with this writer. Its so sad to see how someone self-promotes to bring the pureness of Reiki down to such a low level of responsibility Shame on you.

I have had a passion for various healing arts (Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga and Reiki) for many years and besides reading every book I could on the subjects I also took a course in Level 1,2, and 3 (Reiki Master) on Reiki healing methods. I recently purchased this 150 page soft cover book (The Reiki Magic guide to self-attunement by Brett Bevell) for a bargain price on Amazon.I found this book to be interesting and highly informative on other aspects of Reiki I was unaware of at this time. Though the author emphasized the book does not take the place of learning from a Reiki master in person; nevertheless, it provided a lot of practical methods to use to become certified at levels 1, 2, and 3 (Reiki master). The following material is covered in this book:Reiki lineage and evolution, attunements and degrees, the first degree Reiki initiation, the Reiki self-treatments, daily use of Reiki, Reiki treatments for family and friends, group treatments, second degree Reiki symbols, second degree Reiki attunement, basic uses of second degree Reiki, simple exercises for sending Reiki, alternate Reiki symbols, third degree Reiki symbols, third degree Reiki attunements, attuning stones and candles to Reiki, using Reiki stones and Reiki candles, attuning others to Reiki, Sahu Reiki, sending and releasing attunements, Reiki in all things, Reiki cords, Reiki crystals, Reiki dynamics, Reiki as prayer and the future of Reiki.If you are seeking a good practical guide to learning about Reiki you might want to check out this book. Is an amazing well explained book ,so practical and has great healing methods. I'm a Reiki level II ant this book help me a lot in the practice to self healing ,plants and distance healing . It is explain another extra symbols , remember for the symbols available to work you have to be attuned 🙏🏻🤗💜🕉 NAMASTE ¡ I got not pay for this review,I just want to help you.

I am taking my time to go through this book. It's pretty informative and I have enjoyed reading it. Learning Reiki takes time. Just getting yourself attuned by a Reiki Master takes lots of time,patience and a good bit of money. If you are one of the many people that don't have the time or the money,this option is the next best thing!Now,word of warning: If you are purchasing this book to be a "Reiki Practitioner" and work on strangers and charge money,this is not the book for you! According to the author,that would bring Karmic wrath upon you! You will still need to see and work with a Reiki Master! Sorry,some things you just can't get around lol In any case,this book will attune you to Reiki,different signs and teach you other neat things you can do with Reiki.

I've progressed out of practicing Reiki, because it has more karmic damage then what people care to accept... but objectively: I could not believe I had spent hundreds of dollars when this affordable book covered all kinds of attunements and they actually worked. I was skeptical so I had my parents try it (they didn't know what was going on) and, next thing you know-- they were flowing reiki.

Using this everyday. Had great results using this book and especially the Mary and the Three Virgins symbol.

Love this book, I'm a Reiki master and I'm so proud of this author that I want to attend his class course. Wonderfully written and I look forward to using this book all the time. I'm sure I will find more books on this topic and I will buy them. Thank you for having like these books available

I am new to Reiki, and was not sure if my second attunement had ''taken'' or not. After reading the reviews on this, thought I'd give it a try. It is totally great! I did both attunements over, and really love this book! It explains things much better than the manuals I was given. It is short and to the point, with just important things, which was just what I wanted. But what I liked even better, was the IDEAS it has given me, for the things I can try with Reiki. It did a great job of helping me see possibilities, and be able to experiment. I also ordered another book at the same time, and was very disappointed with it; it was practically worthless, at least for me now. Not so this one. This one was absolutely perfect to help me get started, and I would think it would also be helpful to people that are further along, to help widen the horizons of Reiki. Money VERY well spent!
