Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend, Original, 2.5 Ounce

I’ve been trying to cut back on sodium, and this Dash Original blend has been a lifesaver in my kitchen. I’ve used it on everything from baked chicken to roasted potatoes, even sprinkled it on popcorn once, and it always adds flavor without me missing the salt. It is very versatile. The mix of herbs and spices feels balanced — nothing too overpowering, just a good all-around seasoning.The 2.5 oz size is convenient for the price, and since a little goes a long way, one bottle lasts longer than I expected. I’ve been using it several nights a week and still have plenty left. For under $3, the quality is surprisingly good, and it doesn’t taste artificial the way some cheap seasonings do.If you’re used to really salty food, it might take a little adjustment, but once you get used to it, this blend makes low-sodium cooking so much easier. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.

salt is not missed in this very flavorful Mrs. Dash taco seasoning. I find I need to put in a bit more than a regular McCormick taco seasoning but if you are dealing with salt free needs, this one and others in the Mrs Dash seasonings line will be for you. Wish they would make them in larger containers

On low sodium diet. Love spicy flavors.This blend is great. A little goes a long way. Enjoying on many different foods. Don’t miss the salt at all Great price too as it lasts a long time.

I really like this taco seasoning. Its enabled me to enjoy it on all kinds of meals. Funny though, I haven’t had tacos yet. 😂I will definitely be buying this again.

This makes an adequate batch of tacos. The container seems to have about enough for 3 batches of tacos (1lb ground beef per batch) when made according to the directions.The flavor was decent. Not excellent, not terrible. I followed the directions on the package to get a baseline. Next time, I will add extra chili powder and cayenne because I didn't feel like there was quite enough oomph, but the taco flavor was certainly there.On the other hand, there was no sodium, which is a hard find. This will fill that gaping void in your hear (and stomach) when you want tacos but can't handle the salt. If you've been there, you know what I mean. (Completely unrelated - I have found that CORN tortillas have almost no sodium, as opposed to FLOUR tortillas which are full of sodium. Corn is not as easy to work with, but is adequate.)I will be buying more, hopefully in a bulk package.

Cheaper than in the stores! I got 4 different flavors to send to my friend overseas. They don't have Mrs Dash in the UK.
