Here is the deal....if you want to see some incredible furniture that real talent has produced, this is the book. If you would like some great ideas, this is the book. If you would like to learn how to make the furniture, this is not the book as there is nothing in it to that end. I would purchase this book again in a heart beat because what you see exemplifies this art form

Read and looked at the photo's in one of Ralph Kylloe's books and started buying more books by Ralph Kylloe. He is truly the expert on Rustic furniture, great knowledge and wonderful writing style and photo's are excellent.

Was purchased as a gift. I have this book and think its fabulous!

This is an awesome representative of many different types of Adirondack furniture.

I enjoyed this book but found it a little too rustic; kind of over-the-top for the average rustic aficionado. The same styles were repeated over and over with little variation.

Had some very interesting cabins. Liked the work. Something very original to have sit on your coffee table for when people come over.

I bought this book as a gift for my husband and we have both picked it up every day and marveled at the beautiful log homes it profiles. There is a lot of information and photographs of what makes a log home so charming - from lighting to furniture to bathrooms and kitchens. Seeing such a wide selection of these homes has made us want to seek out some of the items described for our own log home. A wonderful inspiration for anyone interested in log homes.
