I purchased this because it was much cheaper than the product I normally buy and got excellent reviews. Well, I just received it in the mail and noticed on the bottle you need to take 4 pills twice a day for any results and 6 pills twice a day for "best results." Good Lord, that's a lot of pills and really this only has 6 day's worth of pills in it then. My usual brand is one pill once a day, so for just twice as much money (it's $39.99), I get 10 times as many dosages! This Longevity brand is such a rip off and there's no way to know this ahead of time. Booooooooo.

It did not do anything for my Blood sugar.

My mom is using it as an alternative method to her regular prescription from the doctor. She said seems a pretty mild treatment but it does have a positive long-term effect

I purchased it becasue every one gave five. But after token one bottle did not see much change in blood level.Takes four each time two times a day.Then it takes two bottle a month. Very expensive.
