Light Up Dog Harness - Rechargeable LED Dog Vest, No-Pull Glowing Safety Pet Harness Lights for Night Walking & Camping (Red, Large)

Very light duty, green is the brightest. Red is visible but not as bright. 2 clips make it easy to put on. Bought for my dark dogs to wear outside in the dark. We did use it to walk one time but our full sized husky is a puller, so wouldn’t recommend for walking unless they’re easy walkers. The clips did hold up but I fear over time and multiple uses they would eventually have given in.

So if you have a well behaved dog of any size, one who walks beside you nicely or only pulls a little bit, this harness is perfect for you. If your dog is a heavy puller, but is 35 lbs or under, this harness is also perfect for you. The construction & materials are better than you might expect for the price. The LEDS are nice with two settings, blinking or always on. It comes with a charger and you can tell when it's almost out of juice because the LEDs start to dim. I charge it probably every 3rd walk.Now if you're fur baby is over 35 lbs and half demon/half dog and consistently throws all of their weight into aggressively lunging at possible prey every time visual contact is made, this harness may not be for you. My situation sadly falls into this category. My 45 lb plott hound mix has an epic prey drive, I dont trust this harness to hold up to too many of her demonic outbursts. However, I do really like the lights so I cut a hole in the back and use it over top of her actual harness.I had posted a review previously stating that it didn't work well for my dog. The company's customer service department contacted me right away and wanted to help me resolve my issue. I didn't even ask them to do anything, so I was definitely impressed with that. If you're considering buying this harness but are unsure, I'd say do it! This company went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Okish....it has potential for being something great, but it misses the bar for sure.Pros:Bright + two function light choices (blinking and stable) + rechargeableCons: two closures to click into which makes it hard for me to control my crazy dog and place this harness on my dog + fits big/large + hard to tighten because there is Velcro on one side of the harness strap and that makes it hard to move to tighten the strap + moves around easily on pet + thin strap in the middle long and thin, seems uncomfortable.Otherwise, I like it and will deal with it. I have to stop running to fix the harness from time to time because it is not sturdy. My pet has a big chest and a small frame, so it isn’t an exact fit, but I love how bright it is because I run at night so I am going to keep it.

Update December 2, 2019Returning the harness. They're willing to replace it, but there are too many reviews about how the lights begin to fail after one a few weeks. My replacement will cost about $29.00 but appears to be much better quality.Update December 1, 2019:The top 3 lights are no longer working. A couple of mornings ago they were flashing while the bottom three lights stayed lit (it was not in flash mode), and now they don't work at all. I've down graded to 3 stars until I reach out to the vendor and see how they respond.This is not a bad product and the large adjusts enough to fit my 80 lb chocolate lab. However, the strap that goes under, along the chest, is way too short. Luckily this is removable but the cost of not using it is "stability". Without the strap the harness slips side to side over the dog's back. With the strap, the dog stands hunched over as the short strap restricts the dog.The lights are small LEDs, not very bright out in the boonies where there are no street lights. That said, they provide another level of visibility in the dark. This is an inexpensive harness, if you want or need brighter lights then you can probably buy a more expensive harness.Overall we are happy with the harness. Putting it on over a reflective harness helps keep it steady on the dog's back. Recharging works like a charm and the charge lasts a reasonable time.

Ok, as pictured, our Kriquet, and as you can clearly see in the first picture, super cloudy, no moon, pitch black dark in about 1/4 of our fenced in property, and it didn't really help that she's pitch black herself, yet from 2 acres away, clearly can see where she is. There is a very slight blind spot, when she's walking directly away, but only for a brief second, because of the side lights, makes it yet still easy to see where she is.... I've seen a lot of reviews claiming these lights are not bright,, whatever, pictures talk more than words sometimes,, I did in all possible fairness to those comments notice that when the battery got extremely low, the lights were not quite as bright, but still could see where she was anyways,,, I did leave them on until they went out, I wanted to see the charge time from there and it was 2 hours and 45 min.... Total time usage, don't know yet, but so far in 4 nights, for about 2-3 hours each night, from a full charge, still bright as it was after first turning on, and that's been in steady on mode,,,, Because of Kriquet's build, we had to go with a medium, a large was just a bit too bulky, this fits with room to spare, and is or appears to be extremely comfortable... She is very active, even when its on and does not appear to bother her what so ever. Super happy with this......

This harness is super helpful when walking my dog at night. I only use it starting at dusk as she is very small and difficult to see. It’s easy to charge, adjust the size of the harness, and place on and off your dog.I took her measurements and using the guidelines purchased a small, but it’s too big on her. I make it work because the whole point of thus purchase is so that she’s visible during our walks. She definitely is! This would’ve been five stars if the sizing provided was more accurate.TLDR: great light, makes dog very visible, but size down as the measurement guidelines are wrong.
