Is the microfibre bit removable for cleaning in a washing machine/bucket separately from the handle?

I don’t think so. I rinse all of my equipment out with a hose after use. Hope this helps

How do I clean the wheel face brush after use?

I clean mine by rinsing with garden ,hose , then soak in a bucket, then dry off just like cleaning a paint brush
