Does the Boss drafting stool (B16245-BK) meet the CAL Bulletin #117/ Class 1 flammability rating?

I can't answer that never crossed my mind to find out, it's a great stool I can't imagine it catching fire from any source other than if my office or the building I'm in catches fire, I don't have any flammable items around and I don't smoke and truthfully i wouldn't concern my self if I were you about it catching fire.
