The pillow has a soft/medium rating and is ideal for front and side sleepers.

- CARE: Washing Machine at 60 Degrees Celsius, with the Lowest Possible Spin Setting. Use Non-Bio Washing Liquid/Powder and never use Fabric Softeners as this will damage the down and feathers. Tumble Dry on a Low Heat until completely dry. You should never hang out to dry as the filling will not dry fully, it may clump and give off an odour.
