Giant Revolving-Deck-Oven Brush 51 Inch Long

Use these brushes for the brick deck of my wood fired oven in a commercial setting. They do the trick.

We have large brick double-deck ovens that hold eight 16" pizza per deck. This brush keeps it all clean without the risk of burning ourselves. And we are REALLY happy about that :D Just bought a second one!

We bought this for our resturant which has a brick pizza oven and it works amazingly.

I bought this as a replacement for the brush I’ve had for 3 years now. It is not as good quality. The bristled fall off in chunks.i m not sure if I just got a bad one or if the quality is just sub par.

Good for my fire brick oven!

I purchased this as a replacement to our last 5 shelf revolving deck oven. We really prefer this brush as opposed to the wire brushes due to the fact that we had an issue with a wire coming off in that past and getting in someone's food. Thankfully, they did not swallow it. The brush is nice enabling us to sweep from left to right and vise/versa rather than having to back and fourth your way across the entire surface of the oven. My main concern is that the bristles were shedding quite heavily out of the box. Make sure you fine comb it before putting it to use. It does seem like durability improves as its used.. Might just be me but I think the heat has something to do with it. Overall it is a good complete brush. Which is exactly what our business needs
