My husband loves the active heart health chocolate milk flavor. It can not be found at the local drug store and Walmart anymore. Our doctor told him to drink Ensure and was especially happy to find out about the Heart Health type. One bottle contains 400 mg of plant based phytosterois that may help lower cholesterol levels. It also comes in a vanilla flavor. There is too much fat in the regular Ensure for people with heart problems.

I would prefer 10 ounces, as comparable drinks used to have, to 8 ounces, so that they could substitute for a meal. However, these drinks are delicious and healthy -- so much so that I have them on subscription!
